A Little Too Hard for Comfort
I recommend the cork lifts. These ones a re a little too hard. I wear on only one side while I'm training, and with these I can really feel something foreign in my shoe.

Wish the order came with different sizes

I used double sided tape to adhere to the insole

Received as advertised, a little narrow for a snug fit in my shoes but still worked fine.
I liked the hard rubber, does not crush, does not slip under insole . I used this product to even my legs up after ankle fusion. The lifts worked great to level me up and improve my balance and walking stride.

Excellent heel lift
Not compressing like softer foam ones, this is a high density rubber. Could be a little wider for my shoes, but its close enough there is no discomfort from the small gaps. This is a good height for me, its hard to find them this tall (9mm)

Nice lifts
Pretty good for most of us with one leg, shorter than the other.

Uncomfortable and heavy.
I find this lift to be much heavier than the adjustable foam type I have been using. They are also very rigid, which might be ok in a stiff soles shoe with an insert on top. It was not comfortable in an athletic shoe.
