Genesis Today Weight Control Dietary Supplement, 500mg of Green Tea and 425mg of Ginger Root Per Serving, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I wanted to try this out because I snack too much during the day. I take it before breakfast and after I’m not looking to eat everything in my pantry. It’s only been about 2 weeks so I’ll have to see how it goes once I’m done.

It gave me a lot of energy so this is good to take if you workout. But it didnt take away my appetite at all.

So far so good. I am taking other supplements and have started a new diet and work out regime. That said, I have lost 24 lbs in 31 days.It is a combination of all of the above. Mainly diet I would say. However, I have no complaints about this product.

I love the idea that this is an all natural product. I can feel a slight decrease in the amount of food it takes to satisfy me after taking them.

This product gives me the energy without the jitters!

Took for two weeks and didn't lose a single pound. I also didn't gain any weight though. Suppressed my appetite for a couple of hours after taking it but that was it.
