Great tire for Maxx with 17mm hub
Great tire, same outside diameter as the stock wheels, about half an inch or 1cm wider than stock. These don't balloon nearly as much as stock, truck is way more predictable and handles better.

Best for maxx v2
I have found deals to be able to try all the proline treads for this truck. Both the badlands. These are by far my favorite. If your not into big air. They don't balloon much. They do however just glue your truck to the road. I can't make it flip while turning sharp. I try. Nad they have side bite on turns. The others have there purpose, but these are for straight traction. Maybe letting rookies drive your truck. Feel confident they won't wreck much.

BAD glue job
LOVE THE ACTUAL TIRE... but the VERY first time I use them in less than 10 min of running them on damp grass and dirt on a traxxas maxx V1 with widemaxx kit the tire came un glued... had high expectations of pro-line due to what I've read online but at least 3/4 of the tire rubber inner lip where glue should've been applied has absolutely no evidence of ever being glued... the stock traxxas tire I tore I tried to tear the tire away from the rim and the actual rubber tore leaving the rubber attached to the rim but only did so with a lot of effort... but the glued portion did not fail... think I'll stick to traxxas or at the very least I'll glue them myself as not it will take 3 times the work to reglue these tire than just gluing new tires.

Great tires to stabilize your Maxx
Bought these for my Maxx to replace the stock tires. They are a little wider and just a hair taller than the rock tires. The good: these don’t balloon nearly as much as the stock tires and make the car more stable in high speed runs. The car flips less on smooth surfaces like a road, and tends to slide rather than flip. Much more durable than the stock, haven’t had to repair the glued tire bead after half a dozen hard outings. The bad: These tires have noticeably less traction than the stock tires especially on smooth surfaces. (Hence the reduced flipping). While these are slightly heavier than stock, I seem to have less air control. I did get some cogging with these tires and the stock gearing. I went to a 20/50 gearing and everything was great. In general, the car acts much more tame and stable with these tires. It doesn’t wheelie at top speed, flip easily in corners etc. If I’m going going to turn the controller over to my kids or a less experienced driver, these will be on the car. If I’m driving the car and want to push it to the edge, I prefer the stock tires. As for the tires themselves, they are very high quality and robust. It would be nice if they had a little more traction on smooth surfaces.

You need to make sure you have the right scale car
Really good I would buy them again the adapter is a pain but you have to make sure you put all the screws on each tire

Nice on the maxx
Surprisingly I haven't believed yet they're holding together quite well. They lost a star for the traction to have on any kind of wet surfaces, if the surface is damp these have both 10% traction, I ride on pavement only pretty much they're showing little signs of wear but overall I'm happy with them.

looks good... drives ok.. cost way to much!!
80$+ for a set of RC car tires is nuts.. you can get car tires for 90% of vehicles on the road for less.. dont let me even start about the belted ones those are over 100$they should be like 20-30maxits a little rubber and plasticif u want the ALU hexes you would be spending 350$ for RC tirescovid isn't a excuse anymore sorry
