Look cleats are fine, but these did not have the rubber plugs to prevent slipping
There is not much to say about bike cleats. They are the Look KEO brand and you need to match the cleats to the bicycle pedals. I did not know these cleats came without the rubber plugs that help prevent slipping when you walk. All my previous KEO cleats had them. I know now to be sure and look for the plugs. I guess there are some riders who prefer saving a couple of milligrams of weight by not having them.

They work great when they are new but like most other Look Cleats they wear out much too quickly. Less than a season of use.

work well with Keos
if i bought these again i woudnt get anything other than 0 degrees. i dont need horizontal (side to side) movement on my pedals when i am clipped in.they dont work with spinning cycles for indoor use though. that's a bummer cause i have to switch cleats depending on what i am doing.

Waste of money - excessive play developed within a month
I've been using the same pair of Look Keo Sprints with the bi-material (non-grip) cleats for 8 years and they've worked wonderfully. This is the first time I've tried the "grip" cleats. These cleats make it significantly easier to walk without covers and are helpful when you miss entry (you can still keep your grip on the pedal without slipping off). However, I'm giving them one star because after only about 300 miles both pedals have developed a excessive amount of play, creaking, clicking and squeaking in the cleat/pedal interface that no amount of adjustment seems to be able to solve (lubricant solved the squeaking). Web searches seem to reveal others that have had similar problems. It's a shame, but I just had to buy a new set of bi-material cleats and will be tossing these cleats.I definitely could not recommend.

I love my grey Look Keo cleats
I love my grey Look Keo cleats. I tried the red ones (which have more give laterally) and they felt too loose. My knees were all over the place. I only buy grey now. I definitely would recommend getting the ones with rubber. I have some with no rubber and I have to be careful about where I step because they slip a lot.

Grey cleats let you clip out to the inside
These cleats are great (and better than the red ones 9 degree floats) because you can clip out to the inside. Twisting to the inside instead of the outside to clip out seems to be easier on the knees so that was worth it for me.

No sliding
No much to say about cleats expect that they work as described and the rubber pads on the bottom do their job of preventing any unprovoked sliding. Snap in and out with my Keo Max 2 pedals.

Ever since mounting these cleats, one of them get's hung up and won't release on first try. I don't seem to be able to pin down why.
