My cats love this! It's big enough for both of them to use at the same time. You can put the ceramic bow in the dishwasher. I would still wash the fountain part by hand only to make sure you don't dry out the silicone seal. This beats the stainless steal ones, which may or may not actually be food grade given reported QC issues with food grade stainless steel coming out of China. The filters on this are really easy to clean or replace and unlike the stainless steel ones, there is no tiny bent tube to try and clean out.

I just received this product and immediately put it together. It did take me a few reads to understand the instructions but I was successful. My cat instantly ran to it curiously and drank so much water! She approves!

Quiet. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Ceramic is easy to clean. A little heavy, but that is probably good. The cat won't move it around or slosh water. Blends well with home decor.

The fountain seems to be quality. I came from several plastic cat fountains that always ended up being impossible to clean due to the porous nature of plastic. This fountain is easy to clean. I can only dock it for its use of plastic innards and generic water pump that always ends up failing within months of first use. I’m also not keen on the need for 2 filters. I wish there was a way to cut down on replacements. The original pump does not come with a light so I opted for one that did once the original failed. I recommend doing the same when your pump eventually dies.

It doesn't etch like plastic, easy to clean, no complex surfaces and nooks for bacteria to grow. I *disassemble and clean the pump* and surfaces every few weeks as per the instructions. If the pump fails you (the 1star reviews seem to all not understand), it's likely from mineral buildup on the impeller, or the little motor housing got a small leak. * All the fountains on amazon use this same grade pump. * They are cheap to replace if you need one. But just keep them clean. Vinegar or citric acid cleans mineral buildup. just ofc make sure you rinse really really well.

Wanted the cleanest fountain for my kitties, and every stainless option seemed to still have a plastic dish. With this fountain, the ONLY plastic parts are the pump and cord. I have only had it about a week, but the simple yet effective design seems pretty perfect. My cats are 100% drinking more water and they really seem to like it!

This water fountain fits perfectly my bunny hutch, no more bowl spillage, easy to clean, and quite tranquil sound . My bunbuns enjoy drinking out of it, and love the colorful blue light .

My cats loved this, but after 7 weeks it stopped working. The blue motor light is on but it there is no water flowing. Really disappointed.

Ich liebe den Brunnen! Ich hatte vor diesem Brunnen einen aus Plastik und würde nie wieder zurückwechseln. Der Brunnen ist kratzfest (man kann auch mal richtig mit dem Schwamm rein ohne alles zu zerkratzen), spülmaschinenfest, leise und ein Hingucker in der Wohnung. Der Brunnen ist jetzt schon seit mehr als 6 Monaten im Betrieb und ich habe nichts Negatives auszusetzen.
