I thought it was supposed to be engraved, but looks like it was laser etched, I'm afraid it's going to ware out. I have small wrists, and on the last notch, it fits good, but it already bent. It cannot be worn to bed for that reason, but it is comfortable and readable so far. I was able to put not only physical medical alert and mental medical alert. Very nice though for the money. It was easy to track also.EDIT: it warped so bad, I could no longer put it on or take it off, they are sending me a replacement which will be here up to 20 days from now. I LOVE THE MEDICAL ID BRACELET! EXCEPT, MY WRIST IS TOO SMALL, USING THE LAST HOLE IN THE BRACELET.WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN BECAUSE OF THAT MATTER, THEY SAID THAT IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF THE ENGRAVED PLATE. THE BRACELET IS STERLING SILVER AND THE PLATE CAN BE TAKEN OFF BRACELET WITH NO PROBLEM. IT CAN BE USED AGAIN BECAUSE I NEVER COULD WEAR. THE PLATE IS THE ONLY LOSS IN THIS SALE.I FOUND ANOTHER BRACELET THAT IS ADJUSTABLE FOR A SMALLER WRIST USING ANOTHER TYPE CLASP.

I am honestly so angry with this product. It broke in a matter of two days wearing it and I can’t take it off. As you can see in the picture the edge broke and is now stuck on my hand!!! It has cut me and If you look at my pants in the background it even made a tiny hole in my pants. I have literally bled because of this “medical bracelet” and the scrapes on the pictures do not show the actual two deep cuts I’ve gotten from it. I’m disappointed because it looked so nice but it’s extremely cheap and isn’t worth the amount of pain it has caused me. I now have to figure out how to take this bracelet off since pliers doesn’t seem to cut it. I’m so angry words can’t describe it. If I could rate this bracelet negative stars I would!

Very high build-quality. One continuous band with the information bar clamped around it, so no danger of it breaking at joined points. It feels very solid.It's just really well constructed and looks very "machine-elegance," which is a term I've just made up, and arrived well ahead of schedule.Arrived in a nice felt bag I'll keep it in when not wearing it, I suppose. Very pleased all around.

I bought it in gold for my husband, and it looks great. It's easy to read, but there is a lot of extra strap, and the little metal holders do not stay on to keep the strap down. Since it is metal and not flexible, the strap needs to be secured in place. I tried pinching the holders to make them flatter, but if you pinch them too hard, you can't thread the band through them. They need to replace the holders with small rubber or plastic flexible holders.

I purchased this bracelet because the first one I bought was a stretchy type and kept moving around my wrist causing the "message" portion to become very scratched and hard to read. This bracelet seems it will stay in place on my wrist and not drop/roll to the bottom of my wrist to become damaged.

For starters the shipping took entirely too long to arrive. The fist thing I noticed is the print is difficult to read. It has a nice appearance. As stated by other reviewers, the band is very still. I used super glue to ix the strap guides to keep them from moving. Fair value for the price.

Worth the wait. After bracelet on my wrist the strap would come loose of the 2 metal belt bans. With it off my wrist and with the band in the right hole setting my husband took pliers and gently squeezed the two belt bans while they were in the position I wanted them. YIPPEE . . . problem solved.
