Dyson Ball Total Clean

The vacuum delivered used and broken, probably could have caught that from sellers poor reputation, but I called Dyson and they said to bring it to the local service center. The next day they received and fixed it within 3 hours! Works great and is exactly what I needed

This has nothing to do with the seller. This machine works great on bare floors and dense carpet but is very hard to push on soft carpet because the suction pulls the vacuum head down into the carpet. It would be nice if the vacuum head had adjustable height and larger wheels to reduce the drag on the soft carpet

Okay so this is my first Dyson vaccum ever and I am in love!!! We had eureka (trash) and shark before but they are nothing compare to this Dyson. We have carpets in every room in our house and we have pets and this vaccum clean the carpet like a pro. !Im a Dyson fan now! Love it!

This Dyson did not come with any documentation... Zero instructions/manuals. I'm a former Industrial Engineer that made equipment as intuitive as possible. This Dyson is not intuitive! From transitioning from upright to beater head and wand use and emptying; the ergonomic engineers should be fired. It also came through with a slight crack in the debris canister.Yes it works well, but damn, it needs a manual!

This is my second Dyson sweeper purchase! It is a quality product to clean your whole house and reasonably priced.

This product is a replacement for a DC 50, works great.

This is my 3rd Dyson in 25 years. I tried a less expensive vacuum to try to save a little $, but you get what you pay for. My house literally does not get clean without my Dyson. So thankful to have a new one!
