I bought this article to manage the coffee harvest season back in December. I through I would spend the extra box for a higher quality product and not go for some other cheaper options to be on the safe side. This judgement was wrong, more expensive not necessarily the best. I received the device on time, and followed instructions provided on a small piece of paper to calibrate the machine.With big disappointment, I realized that the machine would not display the same weight on a same article placed consecutively on the scale, the weight display was not accurate either so I decided to contact support to troubleshoot the device and see if I was doing anything wrong.Support must be located somewhere remote and where English isn't first language. I tried being patient, but no luck with a 2 or 3 word response every 3 or 5 days with absolutely no progress at all. I was offered to be sent a new device as replacement, and was pleased with that decision, so accepted. This was early December, and I was given a tracking number, and patiently waited for one month to ultimately realized that the provided tracking number didn't exist in the system and that nothing had been sent.I tried several time fixing this with the seller, but in vain, despite all my efforts, we are almost february and I am still battling with them to get back my money wasted in this seller.I can't recommend product and even less the seller since to date I still don't have either a working product or a refund... I hope Amazon will be able to fix this for me as they usually are pretty good at this.Maybe some other devices are good, but if you get in trouble for any reason be aware that the support does not exist.UPDATE 2/20/22 At last resolution.I just received the new scale, and this one works like it should. A shame I had to wait nearly three month to get the problem resolved, would have had a much better review on this if Support would have been properly handled. The product works fine now, so I increased with one star.
