Good taste and easy to use
Not only does it have good taste and ease of use but it's cut the right size for most infusers. Others are too fine and come right through, this one does not.Don't be afraid to 'pack it in' if you want your tea to be stronger either.

Best cup of tea ever!
This is a tea that I used to get at a tea shop that closed in Southport. It was so good that I decided to see if I could find it on Amazon, and I did!

OMG -- The BEST TASTING TEA EVER ... Such an amazing te
This tea is the best tasting lovely scented tea I've ever had. It is above and beyond delicious. Buy it before it is not carried anymore!!! For some reason, the store - The English Tea Store does NOT carry it now!!! OHHH NO!!! Their parent company, onlinestores offers no explanation. I'm so thankfully it IS available on Amazon. I've ordered a LOT.

Not the Orange Tea I’m Used to
I didn’t love this tea, it really didn’t taste like the orange tea I had had in the past and which I was looking for. Definitely has a nice citrus flavor but more on the lemon side. I’m not a big fan of bergamot so orange is as far citrus as I go.

Somewhat bitter when brewed with boiling water; great iced tea
I have some loose leaf blood orange tea that I bought in a specialty shop. It's delicious. I was hoping that the English Tea Store tea would be as good. It's not. It's slightly bitter, brews a weaker tea using the same measure that I always use, & has less flavor overall. The price is fine, & the tea came in a foil-lined paper pouch that will properly store the tea. But the product disappoints.Update: I wondered if the bitterness was coming from the orange peel that flavors the tea, or if changing the brewing method could improve the flavor. So I started with filtered water, & heated it to simmering instead of a full boil. I brewed for 3 minutes, as I usually do. I let the tea cool at room temperature, then put in the refrigerator. The result was a delicious iced tea, not bitter at all. I haven't tried it hot, but I'm pleased to report that it makes a great glass of iced tea. I've changed my rating to reflect this.

Pot of Potpourri Anyone?
I am an avid tea drinker, and one of my favorites is Twining's Lady Grey loose tea; I know, it's so...pedestrian, but honestly I've tried the others, some that are 4-5x the cost, and I always come back to Twinings, go figure. I've always preferred loose tea as it's more cost effective, plus you can control the amount of tea to hot water ratio to get the desired brew of ones choice. I don't like the American way of brewing tea, as though it was colored water; I want to taste the tea, strong enough for a spoon to stand straight at attention in the cup!For some reason I couldn't find the usual 6 pack of the Twining Lady Grey the day I tried to order through Amazon, and came across the ETS Versailles Lavender Earl Grey. Looking at the ingredients and reviews (which, in retrospect, were for their other teas, not specifically this one), I thought okay, let's give it a try.I was super excited when it came in for the next morning to arrive, and when I finally brewed my first pot, I was...underwhelmed. The tea itself was a bit bitter, not smooth at all, and the lavender overwhelmed the black tea, making me imagine that if I were steep the French potpourri pouch tucked inside my underwear drawer, surely this is what it would taste like. I tried to muscle through the first of what is usually 4 cups of my morning tea ritual, and sadly had to chuck it all out.But of its quality and purity, I feel it's up there, just not a good balance and blend. What I do now is mix a little of it into my loose earl grey, and that seems to do the trick and get a much smoother taste and better balance.Would I recommend it? Probably not. Although I am certainly enjoying the home mix using it, hence my 3 star review.

Breakfast Tea Isn't Just For Breakfast
As an avid tea enthusiast, I am very particular about the tea I purchase. Living in England for five months and experiencing their quality of tea has forever changed the way I choose my tea. As a person who drinks loose-leaf tea every day and drank Irish Breakfast Tea in Ireland, I can say that this Decaffeinated Irish Breakfast Tea is truly one of the higher-quality teas I’ve tried.Flavor: Loose leaves give you the opportunity to experiment with the strength of your cup of tea by allowing you to add leaves if the taste is not as strong as you’d like. You will find that this tea, as with all decaffeinated tea, is a bit less bold in flavor as fully caffeinated teas. By buying this type of loose leaf tea, if you prefer a bolder taste, you can simply add more leaves and adjust the strength of the flavor to your liking.“Skipping the Bag” Benefits: Unlike prepackaged bagged teas, there is no “bag” taste associated with loose leaf teas. Although you will need a tea infuser to keep the leaves contained, these infusers are an investment that will last and can be used with every cup of tea you enjoy in the future. Since this tea is so finely ground to fully extract the flavor, you may notice that a few particles will escape your infuser. This is normal with every loose leaf tea; the particles will sink, and you will undoubtedly still enjoy your cuppa. Loose leaf tea, such as this breakfast tea, will also cut down on waste that accumulates while using disposable tea bags.Price: When it comes to price, this tea is unbeatable. Four ounces at $9.59 is $2.40 per ounce. The $9.59 price tag may sound a bit high at first, but if you compare $2.40/oz to certain bagged teas selling for $4.25+/oz, you’ll find that buying loose-leaf tea is cheaper in the long run.Overall, I was satisfied with this product. Loose leaf teas are a way to save money in the long run, cut down on waste, and give you an opportunity to adjust the strength of the flavor with every cup you make. If you enjoy breakfast tea at all times of the day, this is a great way to enjoy a cup without adding extra caffeine to your day. Enjoy your cuppa!
