The material we use is carbon fiber composite material. Very sturdy.

How bright is the light? How many watts and lumens?

I'm not sure on watts or lumens but the headlights the eyes is unreal for the size of them. They really light up the road. Extra plus the skull headlight looks awesome on the bike. I bought this as a Christmas present. The down part is when one of the eyes goes out there's no way to replace it. That's why I bought the 2nd one. Honest opinion.
