does not keep drinks cool.
There is a strong metal taste and this cup does not keep liquids cool.

Leaky seal
The product arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the seal on the bottom had a slow leak, making the cup unusable. The straw isn’t great quality either. There is a seam down the entire straw.

Lid wont scew down on the cup.
The lid will not scew down to the cup. Useless to me.

It shouldn’t sweat! But it does. Plus straw has sharp edges. I wouldn’t buy again.

sweats, doesn't keep water cold
The straw tastes metallic and even after soaking it in baking soda and water. The ice water was only cold for a couple of hours. I had Pioneer Woman insulated cups and they do not sweat, and keep ice water cold for 12 hours or more. They are very expensive, but you get what you pay for. I wanted these because I do not like the flower patterns on the PW brand -- but they work and these don't. Wish I'd read the reviews!

Do not recommend.
Cannot wash these in the dishwasher. The bottom has a piece of foam on it secured by glue and once this comes off, it exposes a hole whereby water fills up inside. Also, the rim is very sharp thus if you decide to use this as a glass, beware my daughter cut her lip on one of the cups. Would not recommend even if it were free.

The lids screw on crooked, bottom pad became unglued
The lids screw on crooked,on all 4 cups,maybe a defect??? The bottom pad came unglued ,now leaks on you while your drinking a beverage
