I have bought these over the years .... a few at a time ... so now almost all of my earrings have these backs. I love them. When you get older, they really help make your earrings stay where they're supposed to be.

Sterling silver - sealed the deal. I wanted clasps that would support larger earrings and protect my ears. These do exactly that and they are sterling silver. I will probably toss the earrings long before these backs stop working. My earlobes are safe!!

If the earring backs are tight, gently pull apart the butterfly loops slightly. I just use my fingernails so I don't go too far. Except for my smallest studs, my earrings hang forward. I've seen strips of tape that you can put on the back of the ear, but I'd have it all stuck to itself before I could get it positioned. I have tried silicone bullet backs with the wide plate, but I don't remember why I don't like them -maybe they'er hot? At any rate, I like these earring backs, they're comfortable and my allergies aren't triggered because they are sterling silver, as opposed to base metal. They're a little pricey, but precious metals are expensive lately. I was concerned about the hole looking small, but my thickest post has gone through them. For that thick stud I had to loosen the butterfly clasp by putting my fingernails between them and pulling slightly. I've done this on other earring backs in the past by putting tweezers in the loops and gently prying apart. I generally use my fingernails because I always carry them with me. The earring backs come in a pretty navy color pouch in a drawer-like box, nice touch.

These are pricey, but they are sturdy and won't bend out of shape. The hole is too small for one of my expensive studded earrings, but they work fine for my other studded earrings. They provide support to my ear lobe and do what they promise. They enable me to wear my studded earrings without the earring sagging / hanging over my lobe.

Bought to replace backs (similar in style ) to those I received with my Honora pearl earrings.These are a bit bigger, more comfortable and slide easier on posts than original backs. Originals were very hard to remove from posts and therefore painful to ears. These are easier to remove and hold earring upright well.

I've replaced most of my post backings with these. They really work and are easy to use. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

Bought these because Jtv sells crappy ones just like it jumped to this brand they fit a little snug but I’d rather not lose my earring

Fine quality ear backs that I can wear with confidence. Comfortable and very secure, keeps earring where it should be on earlobe. Impressed with the presentation as well. Money well spent.

I bought these years ago from QVC much cheaper. Couldn’t find them anywhere else so bought these. They are good but overpriced.
