Ursula Clock, Gift Decor, Vinyl Record Wall Clock

This product is beautifully made and a true treasure!

First off, it looks amazing, but apart from that, its so brittle, its completely useless. I pulled it out of the box, hung it on the wall, and when i went to move it to make room for another piece, it literally broke in my hand. it has three connection points between the top and bottom that are not even close to thick enough to support the weight of the top of it.

I’m saying 5 stars not because of the product but because of the customer service. The product arrived, and is super cool, but is very fragile and had some broken parts. I contacted the seller asking for a refund and they responded in less than 24 hours offering a refund. I really appreciated it.

Clock arrive in poor condition and not as picture or expected! Disappointed in how much I paid for something that should be $10!

Clock was delivered broken. I would like it replaced. This was a Christmas gift.

It looks so cool. The center shell piece that rotates was broken, so I can't install that piece. My sister bought this for me as a gift. Can I get a replacement part?
