Love the Kerdi system!
So I order these off Amazon because they are a great value. The installation of the waterproofing system is not complete without the corners and these save me 1/2 the price.

The real deal and passed flood test
So use the real deal Schluter corners and not the knock off no name brands. The extra money keeps you warranty with Schluter intact. Use their products and follow their online instructions (DIY), or pros go get certified. It is worth the money to use the real stuff not the knock off brands you will find on Amazon for half the price. I used their products, followed the instructions and passed my 24hr flood test with no issues at all.

These corners do what they are supposed to when water ...
These corners do what they are supposed to when water proofing a shower. Just be careful about the mortar build up when placing these as it will affect the shape of of wall and then you will have to deal with edge lippage on the tile.

Top is fake bottom is from actual site. Haven’t tested so I can’t attest to its performance but clearly “ brand type” schluter is just the style of system probably the color lol just an fyi
