This was sooo cute!! I LOVE the design BUT sadly it came in chipped and broken😭😭 now i will have to send it back just to get my money back! Not happy! I was so looking forward to using it!😡😡 still it's adorable and would recommend..let's just hope yours doesn't come through broken.

Great mug - standard size of 11 0z. Must be really sturdy because we ordered two different kinds and both arrived in a padded envelope - Both intact! Teens very happy with their anime mugs :)

This mug is perfect for any anime or Promised Neverland fan. The product came on time and was packaged perfectly. The detail of the mug is superb. This type of mug I usually wash by hand to perserve its design even though it does say it is dishwasher safe.

The Amazon box was in good condition, but the box encasing the mug was completely crushed and the mugged was chipped.
