Q: Are recipes/instructions available in English?

I just ordered a bag of Moringa. I had same problem, so I searched and found these Moringa instructions. There are multiple bags inside the package. 1 little bag of the flour mix 1 egg 100ml of milk (or water). (Note: if you don't wish to use eggs, use 140ml of milk instead)

Q: Where do I find the expiration date on the Morinaga bag?

Its stated on the shipping box. There should be a Date on the bag as well.

Q: Is this called Dora cake?

This is not called Dora cake (we call "dora yaki in Japan) but you can make dora yaki with this hot cake mix. You need :milk, honey, egg, sugar, mirin , anko and this hot cake mix.
