Let me just say that Amazon stands behind its customer service 100%. Extremely frustrating transaction, except Amazon was great. The 1st lamp never arrived. I contacted Amazon's chat service, and they promptly sent a replacement. This replacement arrived quickly (all the way to Hawaii). Unfortunately, when I unpacked it I discovered that it had been broken BEFORE SHIPMENT, and someone (at the factory?) had attempted to conceal this by gluing the lamp in multiple places. The glue was still wet and dripping down the base of the lamp! Still scratching my head over this one, because someone took a long, long time to attempt to glue it and conceal the fact it was broken before it was shipped. Once again, Amazon's customer service excelled (chat). I am in the process of returning it for a full refund. It's extremely large and bulky and I wasted an hour standing in line at UPS to pick it up, so Amazon is sending UPS to my front door to retrieve the broken lamp. Long story short - Amazon rocks. Unfortunately, the lamp is now sold out so I can't get a replacement. But for those of you who buy this lamp, it really is beautiful. Large and expensive looking, and it takes a 100 watt bulb, 3-way switch. I was surprised that the tropical leaves are resin. I thought they were metal. But for $100 including shipping, it would have been a real bargain -- except for the issues I had. Thank you Amazon for standing behind your products. Attached are photos of the broken lamp/someone's attempt to glue it. Aloha and Mahalo to Amazon. The 1 star rating is do to the broken/attempt to conceal that it was broken. Amazon gets 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m disappointed that I was sent a lamp that had be glued back together. As you can see in my video it clearly shows we’re the lamp was glued together.If this lamp hadn’t coordinated with my Tommy Bahama bedding so we’ll I would have returned it.

We spent hours online searching for unusual table lamps for our newly finished sunroom We saw these and thought it was worth taking the risk to purchase, even though it was a style we would have bypassed for any other room in our home. The lamps arrived well packed and in perfect condition. They add a vintage "old Florida" feel to the room, which turned out to be perfect.

This lamp arrived faster than expected. I was afraid to open the boxes (ordered 2), because a couple reviews mentioned they received broken/repairs lamps, but mine were perfect. No breaks, chips or other imperfections. They are sturdy and look great. Love them!!!
