HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Oasis

Delivered at 12:10 on Friday. I was printing 10 minutes later - downloaded the driver onto my Mac laptop and just followed the instructions and it worked first time. Very easy to align print head and set up to scan. Prints are good quality and scanning multiple pages are at an acceptable speed but obviously not as quick as the printer we have in the office.

Replaced my old office jet pro with this model. Changeover was easy, as was the change of printer on my HP instant ink account. Same excellent quality from HP.

I am very pleased with my new printer. It was very easy to install and it is very easy to use. Print quality very good.

Disappointing. Very slow, no USB write/scan facility and poor fitting cartidge. Not up to expected HP standard and way below the 8600 it replaced.

Very efficient printer, ideal for a family that prints frequently but looks for value for many. Quality is fab!

Great product to start, extremely easy set up and when working it’s great HOWEVER, be warned. If you experience any problems (in my case it was changing the cartridges) I had a number of error messages thrown back (see pictures). “Cartridge Defective”, have been in contact with the HP customer service for the last 2 weeks and I’m banging my head against a brick wall, terrible service and after being advised to pay for a whole new set of cartridges (which are around £100) it still didn’t work. I have no where to return this item which is clearly faulty and still within warranty (expires April 2021). So in summary it’s a great product IF it works, if not...good luck, you may find yourself buying another printer which I feel I’m about to do and it certainly won’t be HP.

Me paso de una OfficeJet Pro 8720 a la 8025 con unas prestaciones un poquito inferiores pero ganando con un tamaño reducido que mantiene la misma calidad,que desarrolla las mismas funciones con la ventaja del coste mucho mas barato de los cartuchos de repuesto.Sin olvidar que HP lidera el mercado del sector y una vez mas lo confirma con este modelo. Calidad garantizada.

Moi qui ait toujours été HP je commence à etre très déçu par la marque. Déja que ma précédente imprimante pro a laché (obsolescence programmé) après 4 ans et une faible utilisation. L'installation a été calamiteuse: - emballage moyen, Polystyrène qui se casse à l'intérieur quand on tire pour la sortir difficilement tellement c'est serré. -La notice d'installation n'est pas très claire, les protections ne sont pas tous notifiés. -Le tiroir papier du bas fait camelotte, très décevant, du jeu, pas solide. Le papier se place très difficilement dans le bas inférieur j'en suis déja à 2 bourrages en 1 jour. -plusieurs plantage de l'écran pendant l'installation obligeant un reboot -L'installation des cartouches fonctionne mal, j'ai du le faire plusieurs fois pour qu'elle les voit. C'est pourtant identique à mon ancienne où je n'avais aucun soucis. Et l'alignement cartouche s'est mal passé (plantage), il a fallu que je fasse en plusieurs fois - soft HP décevant, très minimaliste. - bac à papier supérieur très petit, n'espérer pas scanner plus de 10 feuilles. - très longue à démarrer Pas de doute, HP me décoit de plus en plus, après l'orientation Obsolescence programmé de plus en plus critiqué par les utilisateurs ils font désormais du bas de gamme avec des matériaux plastique bas de gamme et des soft de plus en plus instable. Bref, je ne recommande pas. Pour ma part à l'avenir je ne prendrai plus HP malgré 20 ans de fidélité.

Der Drucker ist smart. Man braucht keine DVD für die Installation mehr sondern nur durch die App HP Smart. Eines vermisse ich dennoch: mein letzter Drucker, HP 8620 "erlaubt" das Scannen auf einen USB-Stick. Ich konnte mehrseitige Dokumente in PDF in einer Datei zusammenfassen.
