Improved 16cm Loop Handle Pot, Silver

Purchased the 16cm size twice, once July 2015 and again January 2021--the 2015 is noticeably heavier and you can see that the rolled rim is thicker than the 2021 model. The weight difference is also found between the interior pans, though not as much as the main pots. That being said, this thing is STILL seriously hardy (it stomps MSR and GSI pots for strength hands down) so, even with the change, I think it keeps its place as the best billy to pack in your kit for long term use. I skip taking the interior pan, personally, as I don't need it, and when I need to cook, I pop off the plastic handle tabs so they don't melt. The GSI stainless tea kettle slides right inside, so you can cook food and have a cup at the same time (I set the kettle on an opened bandana before sliding it in, to keep it quiet and to avoid scratching the interior of my billy as I move about). It's great & I really like it.... but the only down side is mine came with plastic clips instead of the metal ones as in the description.

Awesome pot, bigger than I imagined. Definitely good for a family trip out in the woods. Came with steel clips so that it won't melt in the fire. The sticker with the small writings on it is hard to peel off. Should be as easy as the Zebra sticker to peel. But instead you need to use zippo fuel to clean it. Pot itself is extremely versatile. Stew, backcountry baking, it does it all. Heat transfer is more even than the snow peak titanium stuff which I have for backpacking. The trade off is in weight, this thing weights 2lbs. I wouldn't use this for backpacking, unless I'm going to setup a base camp and just hike around the base camp. Even the smaller sized pots aren't much lighter.

I love Zebra pots! Very durable and well constructed! These pots are made to last a lifetime and I'm sure it will. Yes, they are a little heavy for backpacking, but in my opinion, weight worth carrying! You can cook over a stove or hang it over the fire, very versatile. I picked up 3 different sizes for different types of camping (hiking, car camping, family camping). highly recommended.

Deceptive advertising description says it has patented spring steel clips, but it came with the plastic ones. There is note not in the description that states it doesn't have the steel clips, but that should have been stated first. Dishonesty is what it is. Amazon should make you change the description

Growing up in Asia where stainless steel reigned supreme in the kitchen, this pot makes me realize just how much I've missed an honest to goodness heavy gauge stainless steel multi-purpose pot. It has not deformed when hung over the camp fire with content in it, and it does not even dent when dropped by accident. It's the pinnacle of stainless steel ware.

Great pot. I like how the lid or handle can be locked on. I have been using it every weekend this summer, while camping and the size is just right. I have been meaning to try it as an oven, but haven't had a chance to test it out on my FireBox wood/alcohol stove

Did NOT receive the item I ordered. The pot I got has the plastic handle clips on the top, NOT the metal ones that are supposed to be on the pot I ordered. Their own description: "Our exclusive stainless steel spring wire handle clips (PAT PEND.) allow for the automatic function of holding the lid down when the handle is in the up position (the same function as the original plastic clips) or, they can be manually snapped over the handle to lock it in the up position to keep it away from the heat without locking the lid down allowing the lid to be taken on and off freely while the handle remains cool to the touch. This position also allows for burn free, easy pouring. What makes this Billy Pot unique is its internal dish that allows you to steam or cook inside the main pot itself.
