Nice harness with one tweak
Love the simplicity of this harness- picked this style mostly for the design which allows for totally free movement around the shoulders (compared to easy walk/freedom no pull/etc) and is easy to get on/off (compared to step in style). Similar design to my blue9 balance harness at a fraction of the cost! Only complaint is that the sewing is rather rough and I imagine would irritate my dog’s skin. However this was easily solved by putting some gorilla tape over the rough threads— just on the backside so you don’t even see it. Also note that the Medium is 3/4 inch webbing while Large is 1 inch. My dog fit better in the Medium but I prefer the thicker straps of the Large. Since she’s not an escape artist we’re keeping the Large (it is a little loose on her at the smallest setting). For reference by dog is a lean 52 pound pit bull with a 29” chest.

A great front hook alternative!
In the harness comparison on the page for this item it's not shown as a front hook "no pull" harness, but in the photos there is clearly a ring at the front of the chest, suitable as a leash attachment. I've been using Sense-ation Harnesses with young dogs for years but I don't like how low the chest straps attach to the back. They sit low across the shoulders, impeding full shoulder movement. With this harness the straps attach much higher, above the top of the shoulder joint. I have German shepherds, and because they get big and strong so fast, a front hook harness is very useful to minimize pulling while I work on training polite leash skills. This harness is easy to get on and off, and my puppy doesn't seem to mind wearing it. I looked at several other harness online that had a chest attachment for the leash and also allowed good shoulder movement, but some reviewers mentioned that the front rings were not that strong. The one on this harness is just as strong as the back ring. I also like that the strap that does down the back is much shorter than on most other harnesses. I don't know if I'll ever use that leash attachment but if I do, my dog won't be able to get as far ahead since that ring is so much closer to the top of the shoulder than down near the middle of the back.

Good harness. Easy to adjust, easy put on and take off.off.
This is the second of these harnesses for Sanchez. The first one lasted about 3 years of daily use with long walks every morning and periodic trips outside throughout the day.We tried several harnesses and had a hard time finding one that fit right without rubbing blisters, pinching, or cutting too close under his legs. We finally found this one and problem solved. When our first one finally gave up, I ordered one just like it as a replacement.Sandy is a chihuahua and is sporting a snazzy red, size small. He weighs about 15 pounds.

The Best One Yet
I've tried 3 or 4 different harnesses and this one is the most secured for my dog Rudy. Other styles should work just fine for most dogs but Rudy is short and has stumpy legs :-) This has the best fit and the other ones I previously purchased, he was able to pull back and wiggle out of them, but not this one. I'll be giving the other ones to my local shelter. They're all good, but for dogs with short lets, this one is the most ideal: secured, safe, and now I don't have to worry about whether he'll get loose again! Would definitely buy again.

Love this harness!
I just adopted a beautiful little terrier mix from the animal shelter who is extremely fearful and shy. He came with a martindale collar because he would back out of most every other harness. I really hated the idea of a choke collar on him because he pulls and I think that this collar only added to his stress. This poor little guy had been picked up as a stray and was petrified. After asking a lot of questions about many different harnesses I chose this one. This harness is perfect for him!I have great control without choking him and he can't get out of it. It fits him perfect!I am happy to report that after only a few days of walking with this harness, he is doing great! Walking calmly beside me with much more confidence!I had taken it off of him after his 1st walk this morning and laid it over the back of the couch....this afternoon, he dragged it off of the couch and laid it beside me....time to go out Mom! What progress we are making!

Greyt greyhound harness
My local greyhound adoption group uses these harnesses. Truly are the best for greys. The large pretty much fits all greyhounds that come in. I use them for my pack and the 5 point adjustment really allows for a perfect fit. I really like how these harnesses can be adjusted so the straps aren’t right in the dogs armpits. I’ve tried others but the straps always fall back into the armpits. And thanks to the ring they use on top the harness lays flat and the ring sits perfectly between the shoulder blades and the pressure is distributed evenly and away from the neck.

Manufacturer needs to soften corners.
My vet recommended this harness when my Greyhound had a pinched nerve in his neck. It adjusts and fits great, but at every joint, where the harness goes through a ring and is stitched, the square end of the fabric are super sharp and caused a sore even though the harness wasn't tight. My vet actually discovered this problem and had her tech wrap each joint in soft medical tape.

Returned
The seams were hard with sharp edges and the fit was no use for my Border Collie.

Dog flees when he sees this harness
I purchased this product after reading the 5-star reviews. During the first few tries, I found it was snug and easy to snap on. It definitely prevents any slipping out and allows for satisfactory control. Unfortunately, I have to give it a star less because my pup's desire to flee whenever I take it out. For some reason he hates it. Perhaps it rubs or cuts under his armpit/rib area or he doesn't like the pull or feeling of it. He's always been sensitive of his underside. Nevertheless, he used to run away from my chain link collar, but now comes running for this preference over the sure-fit harness. My dog is a 70-lb labradoodle. I've purchased the large purple harness.

The best harness
I love this harness for my pup. The way it’s designed prevents pulling on his neck. Also the quick releases make it a breeze to put on and take off. Both the neck and chest straps are adjustabl for a perfect fit whether it’s used alone or over a jacket. My pup seems very comfortable wearing it. The best part is the closures are on located on top not under his arms so they don’t cause friction or hinder him from walking. Would totally recommend this!

XS was perfect for my 16 pound havanese
When I first got this I thought it was too small but then I found the spots where the strap extend. The places you extend it aren’t obvious like some harnesses. I like the way it extends on this one better as it’s a tidier look. I wasn’t sure whether to get the extra small or the small for my havanese but figure I may as well go for the thinner and lighter harness since she absolutely hates wearing anything. I was happy to see that this very easily accommodated her size with a little room to spare when extended to its largest size.
