Very cool, worth the money so far.
Did lots of research. I was looking for a budget value to work well and came across this. Lots of great features. Remote control from the app and included remote. Works with my 2.4htz wifi with my google home. Renamed the vacuum in the google home app for maximum fun. I've had the vaccum for 4 hours now. Pretty easy set up but the directions say to hold the home button for 5 seconds to engage the wifi while doing set up. You actually have to press the wifi button. Took me a while to decide to disregard the directions but after that we were in business. I have a very thick area rug that I figured it would get stuck right away. It really did better than I thought it would although it did get stuck. This vacuum has mapping so it follows a path instead of other vacuums that use bump navigation and go all over a room missing spots. This guy zigs in rows and then goes back to get the edges. You can even follow the map on the phone app in real time which is super cool. The only down side is if it gets stuck the map starts over form the current position. Well see how I feel about it in 6 months or a year but right now money well spent.

Bugs with the app but excellent customer service!
The robot vacuums just as advertised. It memorizes your house using the map system and follows a zig-zag pattern. The remote control works perfectly. The app, on the other hand, has difficulty with connection and maintaining the connection. But their customer service is one of the best I had to deal with!!

Fairly quiet. Good suction. My cats mess with it.
What I like about this vacuum is that the app connects via WiFi and I can change settings on it. On automatically recharge mode it’s nice and quiet. One thing that I do have an issue with this though is my cats just want to constantly mess with it. It also has a difficult time if their toys are left out but if it weren’t for those issues it would be very effective. As far as suction goes I’ve had no issue with it. It cleans nicely. I haven’t ordered the mop tank attachment but I’m very interested.

Pro's and Con's - Still debating if I should keep or return
Update: 7/8/20I have decided to return this vacuum due to battery and map resetting issue. If you have a 1 to 3 area room that are open then I can say that this will be a good buy. My issue is that the vacuum can't finish the area I am trying to cover in 1 charge so, once the vacuum reach 20%, it goes back to its charger and I will have to let it charge then bring it to the missed room. Also, I do not like the fact that the map reset when it get stuck for any reason and you have to restart it or if you have to lift it up to help it get un-stuck.If you have a big area to clean, I would suggest to look for robot vacuum that uses a video or laser sensor as these are the only technology who can recharge then go back and finish the area it did not complete. They will also be able to re-orient themselves when moved into another area.Original Review:I bought this Proscenic 820S to replace Goovi as I was disappointed with bounce navigation that leaves a lot of area uncleaned. The Proscenic 820S comes with Smart Mapping and that it maps in an S shape pattern guaranteeing to pass every every area in the floor. I have the vacuum for 3 days and have been let it run 2x daily and maybe another 5 or 6 small runs in between just to test its other function especially its homing capability. So far I am trying to convince myself to keep it but there are some flaws that I need to observe if it will improve in the next few days or weeks.Pro's:1. Clean in an S pattern.2. It goes back to missed spot.3. Good Edging capability.Con's:1. Map reset's when it get stuck making it forgets all the area cleaned and start over.2. Short battery life.3. Stops vacuuming and begins to look for its charging station at 20% battery life.4. Can't find it's base over 50% of the time.5. No locate function.6. Small dust Bin.Pros:This vacuum cleans well. The brush roller also comes with a squeegee so it picks up more dirt than the Goovi vacuum. Also, the S pattern makes sure that it covers every area on the floor and it goes back to the places that it missed. If you are watching the map while it does it's job you will see that it goes back where the line in the map is wider than the regular lines. It also goes back to places there it did not find a barrier making sure it gets all the edges.Con's:It has good cleaning capability as long as it does not stop or get stuck in the middle of the cleaning cycle. Biggest issue with this is that it resets the map when you lift it up and move it or when it went on standby when it get stuck during cleaning cycle. Once the map is reset, it starts all over again.Another issue is that battery life is short so if you have a multi room house and it did not finish the cleaning in one cycle, the other side of your house will never get cleaned. The advertised 60 to 120 minutes battery life is when you have a wood floor or tile. If you have mixed carpet and hard floor you may be able to get to 60 minutes depending on how big is the carpet space. I tested it in an all carpet room and it only run for 38 minutes before it goes back to base. running in wood floor only, it seem to lose 1% per minute so you will probably get 70 - 80 min max if you have an all wood flooring as the vacuum stops vacuuming at 20% and it starts looking for it's base. The dust bin is advertised as 600ML but 1/3 of the bin space is the motor for the vacuum so the bin space is actually smaller compare the the 550ML bin from Goovi that uses the whole component. So far, I have run this unit at least 6 full cycle and another 5 or 6 small runs and it is a hit and miss when it comes to going back to it's station. If you press the home button when the unit is about 4 feet in front of it' base, it will go straight and dock without any issue. When it is doing it's job even in the same room and you press the home button, it will roam around and would even go out of the room into another room then go back again and sometimes it will find the base at that point and dock or will go out multiple times and come back multiple times. During those small runs, I guide it to home after over 15 minutes watching it struggle to find its base. It maybe that the signal to the base is really short that is why they set the vacuum to start looking for base when battery goes down to 20%?Another issue I have with this is that there is no locate function when the device did not make it back to the base or when it get stuck for any reason. The Goovi have a "Find Me" button on the tuya app, so when I do not see it on the base, I just click the "Find Me" button and Goovi will beep continuously so I can follow the sound to its location. The Proscenic does not have that option and since it gets lost at least 50% of the time, I have to look for it everywhere which is frustrating. I found it just stopped in the corner, under the couch and once in the middle of the room just about 10 feet away from the base station. I would assume that it is still learning its environment so I will give it another week or 2 to see if the homing capability will improve.I hope that the company is reading reviews and make minor adjustments into the app to make this worth keeping.1. Please add a locate function so that if the device gets lost we can trigger the device to beep so it can be find easily.2. If you can modify the mapping feature to keep the location and not reset if we move the device by a foot or 2 feet from its current location when it get stuck under couch or for any reason that we need to help it and move it a little from its location.

Worst customer service
I've had this vacuum for about 5 months. At first everything was great. It's not the best in the market of course, but keep in mind that you get what you paid for, and to my point of view it got the job done fairly good until it didn't.One day all of the sudden it stoped working. I troubleshooted, cleaned the brushes, filters, etc. But nothing helped, it just wouldn't work. I would turn it on, it would run for 2-3 seconds and then stop.I bought the warranty amazon offered just to be on the safe side, but guess what? No-one is doing anything to help. 1. Tried with insurance company, thy said that the since I've had for less than a year, it should still be covered under the manufacturers warranty.2. Tried contacted the manufacturer. Went to their website and tried trough the "live chat" feature. Well, nobody replies to you while you are in the chat, so I proceeded to send them an email. They take forever to respond to emails, and when they do, they ask for pictures and videos among other things. Once you send them what they asked for, they take another 3-5 days to respond, just to ask for more (or the same) things. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and they have not resolved anything.3. I then contacted Amazon to see if they could help since I got the vacuum through them. They said there was nothing they could do since the incident was out of the return window with them.So while they allowed their vendor to screw me over, I am stock with an useless piece of equipment.
