This is a review relayed to me by my pet dog, Max. He can’t type very well so he had me do it for him.The treats are very flavorful, and chewy that he likes to enjoy in between meals. This is not recommended to substitute for a meal. Like all other treats he says that a human need to be present and supervise the consumption, and provide a bowl of water just to be safe.It does last longer than the ones he has tried before and he asked me to purchase it regularly. The others are not a challenge as they quickly melt in the mouth.According to him, a good chew should be flavorful, but have natural flavorings and have good texture, be pleasant to the olfactory system, as well have longevity to be stimulating to the senses. It took him a minimum of ten minutes to finish a piece. Purina Prime Bones Natural Dog Treats has all of the characteristics he mentioned.He says it is a highly recommended item for heavy canine chewers being a Labrador Retriever himself. Max gives this a four paws up rating (if he was laying down his back).

I got these on sale for my 3 big dogs to try before buying a bigger bag. Have purchased again since then.They all seemed to like them. They last about as long as I expected. Not going to be eating it for hours, but a nice treat for them to enjoy now and then.

This bone will keep our dog both busy and happy! It’s great for when we really need to get some work done at home and our dog is in need of some entertainment. Or of course when we just want to give him a reward!! It’s easy to chew and doesn’t make a mess. It’s an all-around great value!

I have two Bernedoodles that can tear up anything quickly. These keep them occupied for at least 30 minutes chewing and a lot longer because they play with them for a while first. They get this once a week for a treat and due to the cost. Size is really going to depend on the size of your pet and what they can handle.

These are my go-to for a daily dog chew treat. Dog loves them. Odorless and do not splinter. It takes my very aggressive chewer (75-lb GSP) about 10+ minutes to completely consume which is the longest-lasting that I've found other than rawhide, allegedly dangerous: real bones, messy and apt to splinter; yak cheese chews - my family hates the smell; and nylabone-type chews, which my dog can chew into pieces and eat so that seems unhealthy. Merrick offers a similar chew that is a little more expensive and my dog seems to like both equally. I keep trying other "long-lasting" chews and coming back to this as the best.

My dog liked these, but they were not long lasting. I just need something that lasts more than 10 minutes without breaking my dog's teeth.
