The media could not be loaded. I was worried about the condition upon arrival. We all know anything can happen during shipping so my fingers were crossed. Happy to report the two umbrellas I ordered arrived in perfect, undamaged condition. I ordered two 12 ft solar umbrellas in black to anchor both sides of my 35 ft deck and compliment my dark gray home and newly installed Trex gray deck. They look amazing! I love warm lightning and was concerned the LED would be a bright cool light, but its not. It adds just enough warm lighting to the area underneath. I did consider getting this same umbrella but their no light version. For the extra money I'm glad i chose the solar option. The light looks so beautiful and unique. I have to say I carried both umbrellas after unboxing by myself from the driveway to the back deck. Yes, I patted myself on the back. However, trying to place the umbrella to the base was an impossible task for one person, at least for me, and let me say I tried. Thankfully my handy men stopped by to finish my deck and helped place both umbrellas to the bases (also Purple Leaf recommended bases) with ease. Now I have two flanking both sides of my deck evenly. I absolutely love the size and solar lights. Its a game changer and stands out in my yard! They say you get what you pay for and in this case it's very true and worth every penny. I highly recommend if you're looking for a show stopper on your deck for your loved backyard space. Heavy and sturdy construction. Easy to maneuver and solid. It's just what I needed to highten my entertainment space!

This was a great purchase since my old umbrella broke. It was very easy to assemble as long as you have two people who can attach the umbrella into the holder. The lights are bright and it's large enough to cover my entire table. It's really sturdy and very functional. Overall great umbrella.

I have bought the 10’ round shaped wind resistant umbrella. We finally got around putting the solar cap on the umbrella and it’s amazing! We should have done that first before putting the umbrella onto the base. The solar lights has an on and off switch which is pretty useful. The solar lights under the umbrella is beautiful as well as very functional. It gave out enough brightness and not too bright to bother the neighbors. I love that you can raise and lower the umbrella and also angle it to provide better shade so you can enjoy staying outside without getting burn or feeling too hot. The wind resistance feature also helps on a breezy day without worrying the umbrella will bend upwards. The base (sold separately) is heavy and once you add the water makes it even heavier. I would recommend this umbrella.

The product and service are both great. My only advice is to heed theirs on closing it before serious wind. It is super strong but a heavy wind can take it’s toll.

Edit: having ordered and received the base this is a solid umbrella. I think it may be over packaged, there is a lot of protective wrap you have to remove which is good but maybe it’s a bit much. A question for someone else. It sets up fairly easily and works smoothly. The lighting is great. I recommend. Just order the right base for you. It will catch the wind and blow over unless well ballasted.The base is sold separately and there a few options. Make sure you get both in you order. This should be more clearly communicated by the seller please as shipping times can be fairly long. Unable to review to product as I can’t use without a base so review only reflects that this product will require you buy other items to use it.

This is a great umbrella. Very easy to set up and take down. Looks very nice. Very easy to open and close. Rotates 360 degrees super easy. and the lights are really great. they don't change color (if that's what you want) but the lights are full length bars on most of the ribs. it looks awesome and provides just the right amount of light. the lights are not individual little bulbs.I ordered the base, too. the base is very nice. but it's pretty expensive and i wish i would've just mounted it directly instead of using the base.

I replaced a older cantilever umbrella that was ~6-8 years old. that one was a good umbrella and strudy. it had some issues over the years that I can tell this purple leaf will not have. the material is reinforced on the spars and screwed in with washers. it is very nice!it is a little unclear which base to buy on amazon but I ended up reusing my old base as it was very heavy, I just drilled new holes for this umbrella with stainless steel nuts and its very stable. I was happy to reuse the base!the one thing that I haven't tested here because its quite light at night is the LED lighting. I wish it had a brightness adjustment because it seems dim but I still need to test it when its dark out. I wouldn't want it to be too bright at night.

This is the second season that I’ve owned an 11 foot round umbrella with LED solar powered lights. I cannot state how please be all with the product. It’s almost like brand new. With previous umbrellas, they don’t even last season, but this umbrella not only puts up with reasonably strong winds, but also looks great. The LED lights are very elegant at night. I’ve looked at bro umbrellas that cost over $10,000 each but they don’t match the features especially with the LED lighting that this umbrella has. I’m not going to say that if you leave the umbrella out at 50 mph winds nothings gonna happen, but if you reasonably manage the umbrella and fold it when the winds are going to be real serious, this umbrella will give good service for years
