Beware!!!!!Been using these for quite a while then they shot up in price so I switched to another brand. Now they reappear at what looks like a bargain price. Silly me, should have guessed there’d be a catch !!!!These may look good value but they have an extremely short date.OK, the bottle says 2 months supply (received today) so barely time to use them, not possible as I have a few left in my current bottle.How effective they’ll be after the date ??!! It’s anyone’s guess.Luckily milder times are ahead so let’s hope they’ll do their job.

It’s been publicised so I make it a point to have it daily, specially since the breakout of the pandemic. However I have included vit c in my suppliments since years. It’s kept me away from severe colds etc A good habit I think. These capsules are easy to swallow and the high strength makes it effective.

My immune system was very low and I felt tired a lot, so my Doctor suggested I take extra Vit C and Zinc, and I must say after only taking for a few days I feel a lot better. Great value for money aswell.

The tablets are easy to swallow with or without water. I’ve only been taking them for a week but I’m hoping that they give my immune system a boost for winter. Also that the Zinc and Iron will help to keep coughs and colds at bay, or to make them short lived anyway.

It's very big to swallow.sometimes sticks to throat and irritates...
