2" Height x 24" Width x 72" Length 43ILD (Firm) Upholstery Cushion Made in USA

I purchased this to make a cat bed for my arthritic cat. He no longer feels safe jumping up on my bed and had difficulty jumping down because his back legs/hip area are athritic. My vet has prescribed meds for him, however, his bad experiences with jumping up on furniture means he prefers to sleep on the floor. I have other cats, and so I have a few cat beds. What I wanted was one that he could share with his buddy, who is about the same age. They cuddle up together now on the bed. Here's how I made the bed.I purchased the foam, then unwrapped it for a few days to "breathe" and then I folded it in half, made a pillowcasing out of an old sheet and a few seams later I had a slipcover for it. Then I wrapped a soft polyester throw over that. I am planning to shop for soft fake fur similar to their other cat beds, to make a pillowcasing. I don't like using zippers so I will sew on some large snaps (purchased on Amazon and used for lots of other things) so that I can easily take it off to wash.d I am very happy with the quality of the foam. The cats are about 13 lb each and while they snuggle onto the bed, they don't sink into it. Just the right amount of firmness. I can also sit comfortably on this bed.In the meantime, both cats are happily snuggled up on the cat bed. The bed fits nicely in the corner of our bedroom where we will not stumble over it. This was money well spent!

Used it to replace the seat foam on a 26 year old Yamaha golf cart. It's as comfortable as it's sister cart that still has the original foam that's still in good shape. Would absolutely buy again. Perfect firmness and thickness for a seat in my opinion. Cut it with an electric carving knife if you have one or do like I did and carefully use a bare high-tpi hacksaw blade.

Worked like a charm!! We have old furniture w/ sagging cushions and cannot replace it due to aging, cognitive issues, and other health issues. So, we had to find a way to raise the sofa and loveseat cushions to be able to sit and get up comfortably. We tried 6 ways from Sunday, w/ pillows, wood and other creative avenues, but to no avail!Then I saw a video from a woman who used the foam to replace her dogs' sofa cushions, cutting it w/ an electric knife. Genius!! We we tried it and altho it's not perfect, it is indeed a more stable platform and a great improvement to what we had before.Highly recommend this solution for out-of-the box ways of thinking to improve quality of life/comfort for people and their pets!Thanks!!

We bought this foam to replace our old one. It makes a big difference. We save a big budget by replacing the foam. Quality of the foam is excellent with the expectation of stiffness. Accuracy of the thickness and sizes are great. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is because I have to order another thin layer to make it puff upper which is not easy to put all of them together.

Our guest bed is a German bunk bed so the mattress has about a six inch gap on it. Originally I wanted to just fill it but decided to add a headboard pillow instead. This foam was absolutely perfect. Not that it matters to you, but it was the exact size I needed and it felt magical, you know. Like when do you ever get the chance to buy exactly what you need for a diy with no leftovers??Anyways, I used the 24x72” (5” thick firm) to made the gap filler pillow (the white one) and then added a second pillow that overlaps the mattress a little (the teal one) to add more of a buffer to the floating shelf. Since adults sleep on this bed, I wanted to make sure no one hit their head on it, as it’s a little intrusive.The firmness was perfect, soft but really supportive. When leaning on it with a good book in hand for a while, it didn’t buckle or sink and I never hit the little shelf.As far as working with the material, it was really easy to cut. Since I got the 5” thick one, I had to make multiple passes with my trusty snap blade, but it when through with ease. Some tips though: mark out a line on three sides to make sure you’re staying perpendicular and not making an angled cut; hold the blade at a 45° angle and pull, if you feel resistance you will get pills and a messy cut. I only had a few little foam fuzzies to pick up at the end!Overall I will be purchasing all my upholstery and cosplay foam from here because I just loved working with it. I felt like the price was good for material that was simultaneously easy to work with and functioned extremely well.

I purchased this for my recliner which is in good shape but has become increasingly uncomfortable to sit on.This is a nice, semi firm foam.I cover it with a white cotton that will be permanent. After covering the foam I made a washable cover and put it on the foam.I’m quite happy with the results. This foam is flexible enough that my recliner can move into all of its different positions.It was quite easy to roll up and move when I needed to carry it to my chair.This foam has really helped with my comfort.! I recommend this foam for extending the life of tired furniture.

Our old sectional couch had a hide-a-bed on one side that, over the years, provided less and less support to the foam cushions over that part. No amount of blankets, towels or pillows under the cushions helped to support my plus size spouse. My AI helped me learn that I needed "FIRM" upholstery foam. Since I'm retired, I didn't feel I'd be able to buy new inserts for the battered cushion covers and get the covers over large pieces of foam, SO I chose this long piece of upholstery foam MADE IN THE USA and FIRM. I knew I'd need to cut the foam because the area I needed to replace was 60". this piece comes as 72". The package came quickly. I knew the vacuum-packed 24x5x72 piece of foam would EXPAND quickly when unpacked, and it did! But it's not exactly heavy, just awkward to wrangle around the room so I could remove the old couch cushions. I bought this long piece so there would be no break in the middle of the area where my spouse reclines all day. I knew the piece would need to be cut, so I drew a line on one end of the foam, 11 inches in, rather than 12 inches because if it was still too long I could trim it a bit more, but the extra inch turned out to be perfect!!! To cut the foam I used my electric kitchen knife (40 years old) and with slow, steady pressure, I was able to cut the foam in about 2 minutes. The long cushion is a perfect fit! It stands 5 inches tall. The 24" width tucked under the back cushion just like the original cushions, and fits flush with the front skirt of the couch area! I cover this area with fleece throws (for ease in laundering) so it looks perfectly normal! AND when my spouse sat and then reclined on his new area, his doubtful expression changed to surprise! Wow! The FIRM upholstery foam is supporting his weight. Now he'll be comfortable all through football season. And I got this wonderful piece of foam for an absolutely wonderful price. No need to buy a new sectional at our age!!! Thank you!

I used this to make new RV seat cushions. The foam cuts super clean and easy if you use an electric knife. No mess and straight edges. The foam feels comfy yet firm to sit on and holds is shape really well. Great product!

Totally recommend it, it's firm and it got delivered in 4 days not 2 weeks as estimated. I had to replace the middle part of my sofa cushions which had pocket spring which got ruined as my kids like to jump on the sofa. See pics of what I replaced.

I ordered This and it came very fastFrom the USA to Canada I had It within 72 hours . I needed it to replace my couch cushion. I cut it down into 3 parts and replaced my couch cushions and I’m soooooo happy with it ! The foam is firm! And it’s like having a brand new couch . I’m very happy with the result and the price was great . I will Order this again in the future when my other furniture needs replacing.
