Right so we all know that the cost is kind of a pain. And, as mentioned by another reviewer, if you don't take them with a meal (or at least a piece of bread or some crackers), you will get some nausea. That's the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Otherwise I just finished my first pack and things are going MUCH better than they have been. Your mileage may vary of course, but I've seen improvements in my mood, anxiety, energy levels, and that whole feeling like you're losing it that goes along with hormones. I really look forward to seeing what I'll be reporting on day 60!

I have been dealing with perimenopause for the last 5-6 years and the doctors only kept prescribing anti depressants and sleeping pills. I started doing some research and came across Amberene Perimenopause, I was desperate as nothing would cure my aches and pains, hot flashes, jitters, anxiety attacks and all the other symptoms that come with peri menopause. I started taking them in October 2021 and bought the 90 day supply as it stated you will start feeling the comfort within that time frame. It was also the best value for my money. After the first few weeks I noticed my anxiety decreased and I started sleeping more throughout the nights. My hot flashes diminished completely and felt more muscle relief an my pain was going away. I started to feel great and thought I could stop taking the pills as I was skeptical it was Amberene working. After one week of not taking them my symptoms came back again. I immediately enrolled into subscribe and save because my life without these pills is miserable. I have more energy and also don’t take naps or feel tired throughout the day. I have recommended Amberene to alot of my friends because they truly work. I have not had any side effects except when you don’t take them daily, you will get all those ugly symptoms back. I will continue to take these forever.

Nothing was working. I tried so many things but it's been over 7 months and this stuff has regulated my period and helped with some hot flashes. I deduct 1 star because it's pricey.

This product has mixed reviews but it does help me- I didn't start noticing a difference until well into the 2nd month- The changes are subtle and start slowly its not a quick fix- i took it for about 9 months and then discontinued for a bit- about 3 mos. and the fatigue, was the 1st thing I noticed coming back. The the mood issues and so forth- I started taking it again and after 2 mos and starting to notice theses symptoms diminishing again. Like with most things it a process and it is supposed to help you feel more like yourself- which for me it has. Obviously I still get tired and crabby as these are natural things as well. I feel way more leveled out and more like myself and no where near as cranky or tired- The night sweats are even doing way better, MUSCLE FATIGUE IMPROVEMENT is definitely doing better. The sleeping is really the only thing it hasn't helped, other than that i am satisfied and feel the product works as long as you do your part. I take my pills 1st thing in the morning, every morning so the time is pretty consistent - I do not skip or miss my dose- I eat at least 30 mins after I take it. and I gave it time to work and do its thing. the 1st time I started it I would get mild headaches for the first couple weeks but those went away and were not bad enough for me to stop. Consistency and just pay attention to your symptoms to watch for improvements. I can see where some people may need the full 90 days to start seeing. i have been back on them for 4 almost 5 months now and I have no intention of stopping them again.

I am not sure if it releases my stress, but it definitely hurt my stomach.

I'm going to keep updating this as I go through the first pack to tell you my experience.I'm 39 years old. I have low estrogen and was diagnosed with pre-menopause about 4 months ago. I'm having trouble sleeping and having anxiety. My anxiety is partially in the form of chest pain that makes it hard to take a deep breath in. I'm really into fitness and exercising did not help. I also started eating more soy per my Dr. suggestion and that did not help.So I tried another pre-menopause supplement and nothing. Then I tried this! Amberen. On day 1 I woke up with chest pain. After breakfast/pill it went away and was lower than usual. Same for day 2. On Day 3, I did not wake up with chest pain and typically I would expect not to have my period (prior to pre menopause it would have started) but it's been almost non-existent and usually comes 3-4 days late. Well it started on time. So these pills are definitively helping me. No changes to my sleep as of yet. I will update next week. On day 4 I was able to control racing thoughts for the first time in 4 months. Day 4 and 5 I got good sleep! I still have an uneasiness in my chest and some pain now and then, but it's way less than it used to be. Day 6 pretty noticeable chest pain today. But it wasn’t constant. It would come and go.

I have no idea if this stuff is working or not?!? It’s my 2nd box. I’m going thru Pre Menopause I honesty don’t know if this is making any difference esp for the price! I’m half way done in 2nd box probably won’t get anymore I do t have ins right now so I was really trying and praying this would make a difference

I bought this not expecting much, but 2 symptoms were 100% cured and I was shocked. I was told I had osteoarthritis...but it wasn't it was perimenopause because after taking this for only a month my joint and muscle pain was completely gone. Also I can sleep again...in only about 30 days i was sleeping normal and i had been up most of the nights before this. Irritably and headaches are better, although not all the way gone. I am not sure it did anything for the hot flashes, but honestly since it helped the others, I am ok with that.
