Ich bereite mich gerade auf diese Wanderung (wenn man es Wanderung nennen kann) vor. Man kann sich alle Infos auch irgendwo aus dem Netz heraussuchen, aber hier ist alles was man braucht, zusammengefasst, in einem handlichen Format, und auch dort abgreifbar wo es kein Netz mehr gibt (oder alle Akkus ihren Geist aufgegeben haben). Als Ergänzung habe ich mir die Karten von Harvey geholt (ebenfalls genial) und etliche Videos im Netz angeschaut. Wer wirklich etwas über die Umgebung und den Trail sehen möchte, dem seien die Filme von Wandering Scotlands empfohlen. Hier sieht man den Trail, und nicht Kopf und Lebensgeschichte des Wanderers.

I took this guide with me when complet the trail in 2018. VERY helpful and reassuring. This and the Harvey map are plenty (and a compass... and knowing how to use both). No need for any digital assistance.Good accurate info and not too heavy. Surprisingly I found the waterproof cover of use when it fell in the water on one of many hundreds of water crossings.The trail itself is fantastic. Not to be underestimated. It is tough in parts, it is fantastically beautiful in the main. Water is no problem at all, food surprisingly simple to factor in. Midges... well, you learn to deal with them. It is wet, it can be tough, buy the guide and take on board the advice within.Threepointsofthecompass

Very helpful guide for the entire walk. Great advice. Especially useful for selection of overnight stay (planning where to pitch,...).

Excellent guide pour accompagner le Cape Wrath Trail. Toutes les informations nécessaires, à la fois pour la route et pour les à côtés. Cartes très utiles (il manque une échelle cependant !). Humour appréciable !Peut-être l'auteur est-il un peu optimiste sur les difficultés et temps de parcours proposés.--Excellent guide to help your future Cape Wrath Trail ! All the informations needed are included, both for the way and for the side-things (accomodations, history etc). Very useful maps inside (but the scale should be useful). British humor inside !Maybe the author is too optimistic about the difficulties and travel time.
