Simple basic timer that seems accurate & is very easy to use.

First one didn’t ring but replacement sent with no issues

utter piece of junk. Dont waste your money. Doesnt sound an alarm when it gets to zero despite the words countertop alarm in the description. I also measured 5 minutes on the counter against my clock, it took 6.5 mins to countdown lol. Utter piece of junk. thanks a bunch for wasting my money, like i can be bothered to go miles to the post office to return this.

This time was good while it worked but sadly after 2.5 years it has given up. It was a decent price in comparison with other analogue timers (which is what I wanted) but disappointing that it has not lasted longer. When working, the bell was sufficiently loud and long enough for me to notice it if I was out of the kitchen. It ticks when working, which didn’t bother me, and until now worked every time, as long as I remembered to turn it all the way around to 60 mins then back to the time I needed.

If you have ADD or are simply "time blind" at times, this can help keep you stay on task. I can now focus on a task without worrying about my time blindness. Getting ready in the mornings is so much easier. I can take this timer from room to room and know I'm going to stay on track to get out the door in time. The tick sound is not intrusive - yet easy to stay aware. Saves messing about on my phone touch screen every 10 or 20 mins. Also great for cooking and looks smart.

I have only set timers up to a maximum of 40 minutes so far and every time it works perfectly. You do have to wind it clockwise to about the 55 position and then anti-clockwise back to the desired time. Becomes automatic after you've done it a few times. I wonder if some on the negative reviews understand that you need to sufficiently wind up a mechanism otherwise where would the power come from? The ticking is a little loud but I'm fine with it. All in all, a nice simple mechanical device. It will never need batteries and it won't spy on you from silicon valley. Just a simple timer from simpler times - when things worked.

Para los que dicen que no hace timbre bien... Hay que dar la rueda hasta el minuto 59 y después seleccionar el minuto deseado. Así, incluso poniendo sólo 1 minuto hace un timbre largo y alto al acabar. Pero vamos... Que así funcionan todos los timbres de este tipo, no es ningún misterio de este en particular.

Le minuteur fonctionnent très bien mais le bouton de commande offre une préhension trop petite et glissante.Il faut s'y reprendre à deux fois pour actionner correctement l'appareil. Cordialement.
