These are great at absorbing and keep pee odor in, but they do not have any adhesive so it is VERY DIFFICULT for persons who TRY to help themselves to put it bavk in place after they pee.No adhesive also means they move about in the underwear.I can't buy these anymore.... they are probably better suited for someone who is completely bedridden (who does not / cannot move at all)

Second time I've ordered this product and the fact that I ordered it more than once shows I like the product. They are large and I only use them when I know that I will need to have them on for an extended time. I feel secure in no leaking.

They work really nicely. However they are a little think so they can be a little uncomfortable. Wish they were as absorbent with out such thickness.

I use it to help absorbancy. But it often shifts besause it can't be attached

It is too bulky for even a big man like me. 250 lbs. 6ft tall It needs an adhesive strip down the center top to bottom.Otherwise it shifts and moves when you move. I would rather have a large snug diaper than deal with an inner pad that does not accomplish the mission. We would never order this product again for that reason.
