For the advanced body builder.The presumption of this book(let) is that the reader has an already vast knowledge of body building terminology, access to equipment not to be found at home, a PhD in sports nutritional supplements and is in fact already well into a protein powder, creatin, testosterone replacement pill course and 21 days off straight with absolutely nothing else to do in that time.The author has the routines pinned down to the exact details like a military plan right down to the point where he tells you "now take a hot bath" which was quite comical.The fact that the entire first chapter tells you this book won't get you arms like the front cover in 21 days (I kind of knew that anyway I'm not a complete fool) but you should see some gain of upto 1cm possibly.Basically this book(let) needed a jargon buster and a ton of equipment and supplements beforehand and 21 days hibernation.
