Let the Light Shine Down On You With Positive Vibes
This is a great way to start my morning minutes practice when I wake up or get out of bed! I first light an incense candle and write down whatever I feel is in my heart or what I deeply feel physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually ❤️ 💕

I've Had Better... I've Had Worse
This is without a doubt my type of humor & I find gratitude journals really are helpful because it is human nature to dwell on the negative rather than the positive. However, there are a few things I don't like about this book. First, is the size. It's rather small. Second, is some of the prompts. Rather than finding something grateful to write about, I have found some of them depressing. Exactly the opposite of what this book is supposed to be about. Being prompted about how great something/someone/somewhere is, but this is a something you don't have & I guess you *should* have it, means by not having it there is something wrong with you. So I suck. Yep, that's it then. I don't have what an awesome thing everyone else has so I'm a f'n looser. Okay then. The book doesn't actually say I'm a looser, but I sure as heck feel like one. That's my point. Anyway, I still rated this at 4 stars because for the most part it like it. I like the style, the wit, the attitude & most of the prompts. It's not the best gratitude journal, but it's interesting in it's own right. Would I get it again? No, I would not.

Right up my alley
I am a sarcastic, touchy feelie type and this journal is so me. Direct, to the point and in your face without being mean. Lots of quotes that work, leading questions to get you to the deep answer and it guides you nicely throughout the entire thing.Small, fits easily in your bag or back pack for daily work and guidance.

Clever positivity
I like the cleverness of this book. I think it’s funny, but also has valid prompts. Each prompt is written in a funny manner and extremely entertaining. The gratitude journal is fairly small and can easily fit in a nightstand or in a bag. The book measures 5 1/2 x 7 1/2“. It’s colorful, sarcastic, and well done. I like that obviously the author acknowledges how important gratitude and life is but brings a very humorous edge to the topic. I can see this being a fun gift for someone with a sense of humor. Of course , it’s a nice gift to keep for oneself as well. Options are open on the recipient, but adults only for obvious reasons.

Cuss Away, Please!
We have a beloved family member who is sweet and articulate . . . with a potty mouth that can rival that any of grizzled sailor. Yet, cusswords can be used articulately, too, and this journal is craptastic! In truth, it is life affirming and truly positive in a lovable and appropriately crude way. It leaves you feeling great, even if your third grade teacher might wish to wash your mouth out with soap! So, end that self-absorbed sucky frickin’ attitude, and get on with your beautiful day, dagnabit!!!

Fun Journal!
I received a copy of this book through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. This is a fun little journal! It has different prompts about acts of kindness, friendship, and things you like about yourself. There's also entries about self care and helping others. It's a fun and helpful approach to thinking about things from a positive perspective. The book its self is rather small but has good prompts. It seems like a helpful book for reflections and would be easy to use every day. It's a great find!
