The seller got back with me, discussed the issues, and immediately sent me a new controller to replace the defective one. So far so good, as it works as intended and hasn’t stuttered on me yet. I do appreciate that a lot. So I gotta give stars and credit when it’s due.

I've tried a number of different PS4 third-party controllers over the years, and have had mixed results. This is one of the better ones, especially if you want stronger vibration. The vibration is one of the stronger I have felt, and with FPS/shooters/racing games it is a very pleasant feeling.In terms of delay issues, none were noticed. No input lag on the joysticks or buttons. Pairing was simple, and the battery life is good (not as good as the official controller, but good enough for casual gamers like me). I don't really use the screen portion, even on the official, so I can't really speak much about it.The overall feel and weight is very similar to the official, but I would say slightly lighter overall - perhaps because the battery is smaller or the plastic is a bit cheaper. But, for the price, this makes a great addition as an extra controller or travel controller for the PS4.

UPDATEWhile upon arrival the Pink controller R2 button was non functional, company reached out after my review and sent a replacement, FAST.Very happy with their response and would definitely buy from them again!

Was decent the first day of use, then both controllers stopped working. Ended up buying a new one from Walmart since I know those will work. Will be returning.

I love them!! Great we quality, smooth to the touch, battery lasts ages. Only issue for me is where the options and share buttons are placed. The thumb sticks get in the way of pressing th often. other then that I highly recommend. definitely a great deal and bargain! Oh!! If you have autism and texture issues, make sure you get thumb grips. The texture on the thumb sticks is annoying. I had plenty already so wasn't an issue to me.

Nice quality for the price

I was excited for these, the price was great for the set. But after trying them out, which I got them for me and my fiancée... I noticed that my pink one after barely even using it, sometimes doesn't work for a minute or so when you're moving around in a game, not sure why. It also will pop up on my Playstation 4 periodocially, when I am trying to use it, that the controller isn't made for it and may not work right, is basically what it says. I already stopped using it and going to invest in the original Playstation 4 controllers instead. I didn't feel like going through the return part to return them since I figured with the deal I got, I got what I paid for I guess. Also I couldn't plug in my adapters in either of them, like I have for the original Playstation controllers that charge them up because of the way they are shaped, they won't fit. That was a bummer too. But I get it since the chargers are actually Playstation products, they only work for the real controllers. I charged them both off the cord and the pink one really didn't last long with a charge. I suggest maybe spending extra on actual Playstation 4 controllers even though they still are very pricey.
