I took a chance and got this brand ginger powder and is so pleased ..it is fresh and the flavor is right...quick arrival with good packaging I will check out the other products from this company. This will last a long time I shared with my daughter and there is plenty left...place in a glass and keep in the fridge...ginger settles the stomach, helps with inflammation stops nausea good for baking And cooking great in smoothiesAnd teas it helps with pain...check out other benefits ..we don’t always have the time to boil the root so it’s good to have the root powder at home 👍🏼👍🏼

Very good quality. A little goes a long way for me. It's a little bitter tasting but I use it in my juices to get the health benefits from the ginger. It taste better when mixed with your favorite drinks.

I purchased this ginger powder, since the ginger root was out of stock at the supermarket, decided to give this a try, love using this ginger powder in my teas and smoothies, taste like a the regular ginger root and it has the same properties. The packaging could be more efficient, unfortunately the powder gets stuck in the zipper part, disallowing the bag to fully closed, but I just use a clip to keep it closed, but still a great product to use.

This ginger is great quality, a real spicy ginger taste, love it! I use it for coffee, & etc. I will be buying again.

Dried ginger powder test really great in Biryani and curry. It won’t be replacement for regular live ginger root for tea. But overall great product and value for money.

The ginger flavor is very, very mild compared to what I was expecting. I have used it for tea and seasoning. It is gritty and does not dissolve (the latter was expected).
