it helps you to relax, when you are hyped up. like , before an airplane ride, before a big test, before your drives licence exam, some trama or tragedy incent. my daughter used it her drivers licence test, took a few drop s more than prescribed and made her too relaxed. she had to retake test. I have seen it work on relaxing many people, young and old when over hyped. (panic attack)

I can't say I physically felt any change as a result of taking this product. I did play better after taking this before a stressful pickleball event, but that might have just been me and not the result of the product.

tried individual drops and was unable to sustain any positive side effects. increased to 1-2 full droppers early in the morning and results in a balanced day. wish they shipped quicker but their formula is working so no real complaints, order well before you are out. bach: please do not change other than perhaps a more concentrated option requiring less per dose.
