The video covers basics from the draw to close-combat with a handgun. A lot of common sense. I wish the segments could have been longer, but there were a lot of them and only one DVD to fit them into. He acknowledged that. Lots of food for thought.I read his 2003 book, he builds on those ideas, and has changed his mind on a few. Book also recommended.

I have reviewed a couple of Dave's DVDs, and what can you say? They are very good and if you are serious about self defense, watch this and then go out and train. In fact, find Dave and train WITH Dave. These videos always seem to either teach me something new or the light bulb goes on to a training point. Very good instruction and with Prime, the price is right.
