Light and refreshing
I discovered this for the first time in a lovely tea room in Lindfield. Never came across the Folkington brand before, even though I live very nearby. Found it on Amazon and now have a regular monthly delivery. Excellent taste, quite subtle, but you can really taste the quality of lemon and mint used. Not too sweet (and none of that artificial sugar taste, thank goodness). Also, not too fizzy. Would be good as a mixer, but fantastic just on its own.
