If is the mist adorable tea pot. The person I bought it for is a hugh dog Lover. The coloring on the tea pot is perfect. Have my eye a couple other tea pots for myself.

It's beautiful.
I don't think this is a Cocker Spaniel. It looks more like a Basset Hound, that's why I bought it. I also purchased the matching salt and pepper. I love it.

how do u use it?
I got one for Christmas and it’s so cute! It definitely looks more like a basset hound, which is why it was gifted to me, but I don’t know how to use it. Help!

Psychedelic pup is a fun teapot. Better suited to a collection for display than regular use. The lid is quite small and if you were using and serving with this teapot that feature would be problematic.
