Clear great tasting broth

Tastes great and I was expecting it to take longer.

The packing box arrived very much intact. It was not damaged at all. Upon opening the box I discovered that the lid had come off the container spilling the contents into the box. It made a huge mess on the counter. Not only was it useless, it is not returnable, and I had to clean up the mess.

The product was busted open when I got it, chicken stock powder everywhere inside the package. I should have probably taken a picture before I dumped it, but I was just so grossed out. Tried to get a refund, but apparently this item is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Man, I just want some chicken broth!
