These were a BIG hit. I wasn't keen on getting one of the typical frozen dolls as their clothes seemed a bit tatty, these dolls, on the other hand, have beautifully detailed and properly finished dresses. The dolls themselves do have huge eyelashes but they didn't really both us. My daughters loved how well the dolls move too. Really nicely made and great value. Olaf is a bit of an afterthought and it would be nice if his head moved but that's a small thing.

Arrived on time and exactly how it was described. Lovely detail on the clothes. Shoes are removable and are small parts incase you have other little ones or animals who could invest them.

I love this a lot! So pretty, but the hair was a little messy so I did have to trim quite a few areas (on Anna especially) to get rid of fly aways and clumps out of place! Turned out so pretty tho!!!

I brought this for my daughter it worked out cheaper to buy as a set rather than seperately and you also got olaf. They truly are beautiful. I was a bit worried about the eyelashes as I'd read previous reviews of these dolls saying the eyelashes were scary big and looked ugly but as you can see they truly are gorgeous. I don't often take photos for reviews unless I think the item is truly exceptional and I have to say I would buy this again ten times over. We have a very happy birthday girl

The clothes on these dolls are beautiful however that's all I have to say on the positive. This product arrived already having been open (sellotape on box was cut). When I looked inside the eyelashes on Elsa had been trimmed on one side but not the other and Anna had VERY long eyelashes. My guess is a customer bought it, attempted a DIY fix on the weird super long eyelashes, changed their mind and sent it back. It was my daughter's birthday two days after the parcel arrived so I had no choice but to attempt to finish the eyelash DIY fixing. I trimmed both of Anna's and the one long eye on Elsa and it can out ok. My four year old seems happy. When I told the company, they said I had to send photos (which I had not taken due to emergency repair in time for the birthday) or return the product (which was also not possible in time for the party). They also did not respond to my initial message until 3 days after I sent it, which was way to late to do anything in time for my daughter's birthday. I am very disappointed in both the dolls and the company.
