I am a bread baker and this dry milk is the absolute best for bread baking and have been using it for years. The loft of the bread is fantastic and the flavor it gives the bread is wonderful.

The powder dissolves with a quick stir. The flavor is better (to me) than the skim milk that I buy in the stores. Such an economical way to have 'quick fix' milk on hand without running out to the store.

I'm not a fan of powdered milk, but wanted a supply to store for emergencies. I've seen where Carnation won blind taste tests hands down. It still tastes like powdered milk, but it's the best there is. I love that they've started putting it in cans. Easy to stack and store on the shelf.

I use powdered milk in my coffee and tea and have found that Carnation leads them all for taste and 'dissolvability.' And I love that I can get two big containers at once!

Instant milk from Carnation has the right milk flavor, i.e. it does not taste like grass or something other than milk. We have used it for decades. When unable to get Carnation we were disappointed.

The product itself was fine, have had it before, but both cartons / canisters were damaged from shipping into a package that was too small. They were crammed in and that caused the damage to the canisters.

Taste like a jug of milk from store . Great flavor . No chunks mix stir easy.
