Installed in Kitchen and Dining area after removing old fluorescent buzzing lights for the last time. Much better light coverage and dimmable to boot. Never could do that with the old lights. This is my second time to purchase these lights and I bought the 24 pack this time for even greater savings. I plan to replace all the lights inside with these. Install is so easy and takes very little time. Done my first set in less than 2 hours and they have preformed very well and I have been asked if I could come do my friends home.

Nice and easy to fix

The lights are great, especially for the price. 2 of them suddenly stopped working properly. The customer service representative, they sent replacements as well as spares just incase. What impressed me the most is that he asked for pictures of the batch # in order to investigate what happened to improve their product. TwoThumbs up.

To make good on my promise, I am updating this review based on the great customer service from Sunco. I contacted the manufacturer through their website and they asked for images of the back of the lights that apparently gave them manufacture batch dates so they could track any manufacturing issues. They have shipped replacements. I cannot ask for anything more.... I will leave the original review below for prospective buyer info.I bought 72 of these lights for a new construction project that finished about 4 months ago. Very easy to install, sleek looking, and has great color and brightness. However, in that short time, I've had to replace about 8 lights where the plastic tip that holds the springs on, breaks off. See pics. I suspect that the heat generated by the lights causes the plastic to become brittle and since the spring is constantly under pressure, they eventually shear off. I've also had 3 recently burn out and stop working. Not a huge deal as you expect to replace some lights now and then, but I have 15' - 20' ceilings, so it becomes very "inconvenient." The description claims a 7-year warranty. I will update this review if they make good on the warranty.

Good fallow the instructions

I purchased a little over 300 of these lights and within the first year, I had to contact the warranty department and get replacements lights on 2 occasions the first time it was not bad only 5 lights the second time was for 24 lights and before the lights even arrived 4 more has quit working. I also ordered all the lights within a one-month period took all the junction boxes out and wired the lights thinking they were plug and play well this is not the fact either. the lights were not the same and when I contacted the company they said I had a mixture of the old model and the new model. so plugging in the lights try one if it does not work try another., STAY CLEAR of these lights although the warranty department will ship you lights you will be spending most of your time changing them.
