Plugged in they overheat, way too hot. I am actually worried that they will burn down my house. Touch screen does not work. Microsoft updates do not work. Downloading apps from Microsoft Store does not work. Nothing works. Bought two, sending both back. I am a tech professional for the last 2 decades; I got duped.

Plugged it in, got hot, smelled burning, and it blew a fuse. Thought it was going to start a fire. Now it's dead, and I have to wait for another and risk same thing round two, or buy from somewhere else and wait for my refund. Not cool. Quality Control is not that difficult!!! Get it together! Don't buy from these guys!

You would expect a brand new computer to be faster than this, but it was slow right out of the box, from startup to shutdown. I bought it for my kids to use for school, but created an admin account for me. After literally hours of searching for programs to disable during startup, and in some cases uninstall entirely, I was able to get it running at an acceptable speed, but only on my account. Eventually wiped the hard drive and installed a Linux OS, works great now. The computer itself is fine, but it comes bogged down with so much junk pre-installed. Also, Windows 10 is incredibly invasive, so make sure you research the privacy settings ahead of time. I would recommend having a computer savvy friend around to help you tweak the settings, otherwise you will spend five minutes booting, two minutes to open up your browser, etc.

Needed a computer for working from home, my previous desk top died and I wanted a laptop. Slim and light in weight. I love the slightly raised keyboard, really great for typing. Easy to use and navigate. Great screen, visual is good and the audio is nice. Only thing is it moves slow and doesn't stay charged very long. If you clear the Cache from time to time you might pick up a little more speed. This computer serves the purpose of what I need it for. I don't plan to game, look at movies, etc. Just use it to browse and work from home. It comes Windows 10 S.

This I assumed from the specs this computer was going to be a pretty good investment, especially for the price. However like the saying goes "you get what you pay for." It came extremely fast, brand new very nice look to it. Looks like a generic version of a Mac Book line up, up to 2.4 Ghz and 4GB of DDR4 seemed like a steal. When I got this computer it needed a lot of Windows Updates and was EXTREMELY SLOW. I figured that after the updates it would pick up with the speed, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Days had gone by every morning since I got the computer it needed updates and seemed to get slower with every update, I reached out to Amazon honestly to return the item. I needed a work from home computer and this wasn't cutting it, they first sent me to Lenovo to see if they could help no tech was available so I set for a call back. NO CALL BACK... I reached out to Amazon again, this time really to just be like "hey I want to return this product." The agent I Chatted with was extremely helpful we looked at everything that could've been causing the slowness. Long story short we had to do a Factory Reset and a couple of updates and it is working brand new. I am super happy with my selection even though it was very time consuming. I would honestly recommend buying the 2020 Newest Lenovo Ideapad 3 15". I bought this one for my partner but love love love that one. no issues.

Impressively fast and responsive for the price. Great computer for my grand child. Booted right up and was ready to go! I would buy again.

It seems slow and has it's bugs, but I do like that it came with a 1 year subscription to Office 365.
