Worked perfectly
Man, I don’t wire a lot of reviews but I just bought 7k granite kitchen countertops two months ago. My son dropped a heavy sharp tool (he wasn’t supposed to be messing with) and put a good size chip in my brand new level 5 black granite top right in plain site no less.. this stuff filled it and matched it so perfectly you can’t find it now even if I showed you.Tip- follow directions to the T. Read the tips on the folding light card. Avoid over filling as that will result in needed sanding. Use the enclosed polish afterwards and put some effort into the polishing stuff and it will be flawless.. side note- it was easy. Not difficult at all. Took 15 min to cure and had to use a little rubbing alcohol to finish cure but it was easy to do. Recommend this product. Saved my expensive tops.

Works well with a little effort, creativity, & patience
This word successfully after 20 minutes, but Itook off a star because the materials included for set up could be a LOT better! The cure light is just a tiny little keychain flashlight, and it will not stay on by itself! You can see from the pictures that we had to rig it up with a chip clip/ clothes pin and a lot of tape to keep the light on without having to stand there over it. Also the “stand” that holds the light is just a flimsy piece of paperboard that we had to secure with a lot of tape! The syringe has plenty of acrylic in it however, they only give you one small curing strip so you really can’t do more than one job with this. Also, a tip if you are doing the edge of a countertop or a corner, make sure you cure both the top and the side and I recommend doing 10 to 15 minutes each side. It took us about half an hour to do with all the “finageling” we had to do, but in the end, it worked!

Does not work as stated
This product does not work as stated. Takes a long time to cure, especially on larger chips, 1/8”. The applicator comes off easily so make sure it is on securely, mine kept coming off. I would not buy again.

Honest review
Very impressed with this product works very well dries very fast and easy to use. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was the packaging it came in was probably not made to go through our mailing systembecause the box it came in was crushed, or Amazon should not have packed it in the envelope. Also it only came with one tip for the syringe. So that made the Polish cream impossible to use due to the air inside the syringes when you squeeze it down they blow out ,the Polish cream should have its own little tip and maybe already built into the syringe doesn't really need a fancy metal tip. Also the LED is very cheap, The switch would not stay on you would have to hold it down and it's so awkward that your fingers would start to hurt and you would not get a true constant 5 minutes out of it. A corner plastic strip should be made and included in kit for those side chips. JUST SAYING Overall very good product hopefully it lasts in doesn't peel off. Remember a honest review doesn't just help the buyer but also helps the seller to improve its product. After letting this product dry not very happy with outcome it shrinks and does peel if scraped. You really need to fill the crack and pack the gel in. Had to redo it due to the shrinkage, the picture shows the second time around.

Excellent Product, Even Better Customer Service
Ok, I had an initial problem with the epoxy not hardening. So why would I give a 5-Stars rating to this product? Because of the customer service and the end product results. I called the business card customer support number contained in my kit. Tim, the director of the epoxy products, was so excited that I called with my issue as he has been trying to determine the cause for other customers. Luckily I was within a 40 minute drive from the main office. We set up a time for the next day so he could come to my house and run a few tests. After just a few tests we determined that the key fob UV light in my kit was fairly weak. Our initial speculation was that the light was somehow depressed during product distribution/shipping running down the battery. Tim then showed me how to repair a few of the small chips I had including how to fold and secure the curing strip (or packing tape) to do edge chip repair by folding it over to help mold the cured epoxy to the shape of the edge. [if you take packing tape and cut notches ½ of the width on either end and then fold in half lengthwise you have a slick area to position against the epoxy and sticky ends to secure to the granite] Note you want to get the light as close to the surface as possible and fashion some sort of stand to hold the light as close as possible to the epoxy so you can leave it for 5-10 minutes, based on the size of your chip. Also, if it is still a little tacky you can use the 250 then 600/1000/2000 grit sand paper to smooth the epoxy to the existing surface (be sure to wet the higher grit paper with a few drops of water). The polish provided is also a great surface finisher after smoothed out. I had multiple chips around our kitchen sink and the repairs turned out great. Two short points, their company’s Pro-Kit is outstanding with a high powered UV epoxy light that cures the epoxy in a few seconds. The light alone is $75+ but I was so impressive I almost bought it just for my few repairs. It was awesome. Also, as the company stands behind their product, as they deserve to, and Tim makes sure that his customers are satisfied. I later replaced the battery in my initial Key fob UV light and it worked just fine with the brighter light. In the end it wasn’t just that Tim was somewhat in the neighborhood and able to personally help me with my issue but that his enthusiasm for the product and high desire to get it work for me was like I’ve never experienced from any customer support. The company has exceptional ethics, support and products. I've included a picture of my UV Light stand. LCA(TM) CLEAR, Light Cure Acrylic DIY Surface Repair Kit for Granite, Marble and Porcelain

Amazing product!
This product is phenomenal and I would recommend it to anyone! I had a very large chip to repair at the edge of a quartz countertop and was worried how the kit would work with the 90° angle but it did such an amazing job, you can’t even tell the chip was there. I didn’t include a picture because you literally cannot see where the chip was anymore.

Does the job...
Does the job at 1/10th of the cost of a professional repair. Just give the lamp time to cure the resin.
