It will not stay on unless it is at least on number 3. It totally shuts off if I try to turn it down. I had to have a serviceman install it and he is still trying to figure out what is wrong with it. As long as the weather is in the 20s it’s ok, but if it’s warmer it gets too hot in the house.

The first one that i order the plot light would not stay on it keep going out every time it cycle off and on, so i return that one and got a new one and this one came with an extra part that had to be install inside the heater if you are using a Natural Gas line it has been working good so far.
