A great collection of Latin American songs.

One of my voice students asked for a collection of Spanish folk songs. We are just now exploring this book, which so far has fulfilled his expectations and mine. I searched to find a book of Spanish folk songs and am glad to have found this one.

The CD I received plays only the piano accompaniment. Was there supposed to be another CD in the package? I don't have voice- either Spanish or English- when I play it on a CD player, or on my PC. I bought this to learn the songs, and don't play piano. Didn't see any words to the songs enclosed, or written music. Somethings missing I guess.

I am learning Spanish, and love to sing - what a good way to increase my Spanish, yes? These are nice songs - my other Spanish anthology has more classic songs which are about lost love, death, darkness, etc. Those are a different genre entirely. These are, in my opinion, more for pleasure.
