My husband and I purchased this bed for our doberman. He is an elder dog who is terminal and needs an extra cozy bed as he is very thin, achy and needs the support. He wagged his lil nub tail and walked right over to the bed as soon as I unpacked it. He was excited and hopped right on. I swear he slept hours before moving which is rare for him. The bed was ultra cozy, soft, plush, comfortable and relaxing for our doberman. We all loved the color and style! Has a nice pillow lip along the bed which is perfect for when he wants to rest his head. He LOVES it, we LOVE it! <3

I almost didn't purchase this for fear that I'd end up with an egg crate bed - check the description of the style to be sure, but I ordered the Deluxe Chaise and the inside is definitely thick memory foam topped with the cooling gel foam. I have a dog who regularly chooses to lie on cold tile to stay cool, and he took to the bed immediately. I have a 50lb Australian Shepherd who likes to sprawl out, and the Jumbo is probably bigger than he needs, but I don't regret it! Much better quality bed than similar styles in chain stores that go for double the price!

my 70 lbs puppy loved it from day one, after long walks he would go on his new bed and sleep for hrs.after three weeks of use i decided to remove the cover for wash and i was surprised and disappointed with the condition of the foam, its literally falling aparti project in 6 months the foam will disintegrate.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Purchased the jumbo size for my 65 lb 12 yr old arthritic dog. She is not a fan of this bed.She will get into the bed every night, but after 5 or 10 minutes of laying in it, she lets out a big sigh, and then chooses to sleep on the floor for the rest of the night. She even prefers her old bed that has been flattened into a pancake over the FurHaven "Orthopedic" Chaise.I am not sure if it makes her too hot, or does not have enough support, but she very obviously does not like this bed. It does seem to sink to the floor more than an ortho bed should for supporting her joints. I am switching to memory foam!

So I ordered one of these a few months ago and was very pleased, so I ordered a second one to keep in my car. Unfortunately the second one I ordered was not the same as the first one. When I received the second one I noticed that it didn't feel quite the same as my first purchase. I unzipped the outer covering and immediately noticed that the padding on the inside was totally different and was missing the extra cooling gel pieces. I paid the extra money to get the bed that has the cooling gel foam piece inside of it; the bed should have had one thicker piece of memory foam inside of it and a thinner piece of the blue cooling gel foam, it only had the one piece in it.Returning the item proved to be extremely problematic. Memory foam gets much bigger once it is unwrapped, so I obviously couldn't fit it back inside of the box it came in. Amazon wasn't very helpful with this issue and told me I had to find a way to get the item packaged up in order to return it. I ended up having to go out and buy giant garbage bags to wrap the item up and then it ended up taking UPS two weeks to pick up the item. I know this isn't all entirely the fault of the seller, however if they would have sent the correct item to begin with, this wouldn't have been an issue.

The bed’s comfortable, our dog liked it. The problem is that our dog is still a puppy (a big one) and he destroyed it in a couple of days, material is too soft so he easily inserted his teeth and pulled, I just heard the “crack” and in that second the bed was trash.

This is the third Furhaven bed that I have bought and I returned it. The zipper on the first bed, purchased roughly 2 years ago, broke immediately but fell under warranty so the company replaced it. Shortly later, the zipper broke AGAIN but outside of the warranty so we just dealt with it. The fabric then started to rip and it's been flapping ripples for the better part of a year and a half.Since my dog still loved the bed, I got him a second...despite the zipper issue. The zippers have remained intact on this one, but the fabric has been wearing away and there are small holes.Against my better judgement,I just bought a third to replace them and it arrived with the bolsters virtually unstuffed. I initially thought the pillow was broken and when I deconstructed the bed, it had basically no stuffing.The quality of these beds has deteriorated (or maybe it was always crappy and I just never realized til now). Do yourself a favor and invest in a bed that isn't going to immediately fall apart.

Washed the cover for the second time and it shedded all over the inside of the washer... easily fixed with another light wash. The poly-vinyl backing has now developed cracking and peeling which also contributed to the mess inside the washer. Tumbled dry on low as instructed and inserted the pad back inside the cover. Tried to zip it up and halfway across the short side the zipper blew open in two separate places. Finally thought I had it zipped up and when I picked it up the zipper busted open completely and it pulled out of the slider. While trying to get the zipper back inside the slider the pull tab pulled out of the slider. Done wth it. In the dumpster it goes. Shame too, the cushion is comfy but 40$ for something that only lasts two months and two washes is b.s.

I loved the look of this bed but ended up returning it. I ended up purchasing a true ortho bed with memory foam from another company. I had high hopes for this good looking bed; loved the merlot colour, the look of the material and liked the chaise style. However the egg crate foam just doesn't compare to memory foam; it just did not feel supportive enough. Also, the material/cover was soft and snuggly feeling, but it seemed to stay wet and the fibers stuck together - and my dog is not at all a drooly or drippy type. It was like she dripped just a couple drops of saliva on it and the moisture expanded tenfold. It was very strange. For all the above reasons, I had to return this nice looking but ultimately not useful bed.

It's a good quality dog bed, we love the pattern and the size is perfect for the space and the guestimate at how large our pup will grow to. We wanted a bed both our dogs could enjoy together if they so choose, this will do. As for ease to clean, I haven't had to do so yet but the cover looks easy enough to remove and clean. The fabric is a decent fabric and so far the only part my pup has tried to dig and rip at was the soft fluffy part in the middle, it's holding up to his rough puppy antics so far so I'm pleased. It's fairly pricey in my opinion which is why I gave only 4 stars - however I guess compared to pet stores it's fairly on par as pet items are ridiculously overpriced to begin with.

I bought this bed for my parents’ dog when he visits and he absolutely loves it. Surprisingly my dog has also fallen in love with it. It’s great. They are both older dogs and I think it must be comfy for their old bones. For reference, the pug in the pic is 30 pounds and the bulldogge is 50 pounds.

Un chien de moins de 40 livres, reposera sur le plancher, un simple tapis ferait mieux. Je souhaite qu’AMAZON retire ce produit de sa liste d’effet! En tant qu’acheteurs via le net, nous sommes à la merci de ce genre de produit totalement inefficace! Au prix indiqué, soit de plus de $90.00, c’est complètement aberrant! Voyons maintenant la réaction de cette Multi-nationale qu’est AMAZON!

We Have a Great dane .lab She is a big girl.She hasn't left this bed Since it Arrived only to go outside and eat of course When she stretches she is the length of the bed. She absolutely loves the bed.Highly recommend the jumbo size when you take it out of the box / plastic it will fluff up HUGE.I even got on it with her very comfy.She even went and got her pillow so I guess it's a keeper otherwise her pillow wouldn't be with her.
