Kobenstyle Midnight Blue 2-quart Casserole by Dansk®

I bought this pot to warm milk for my morning espresso. There are surprisingly few options for small milk-warming pots, and at first I thought this pot was a little large for my milk-warming needs, but it's just fine. It's a sturdy little pot, very well made, with a charming wooden handle that's a delight to hold. I also use the pot to hard-boil eggs; it fits two eggs comfortably. The pot is also super easy to clean, which is more than I can say for those stainless steel pots that need a hard scrub to remove any milk residue. Great job, Dansk!

The classic style and bit of color this adds to my kitchen does not disappoint. I bought it to make butter for popcorn - something I do often enough to justify buying a pot just for that reason. However, when dripping the butter out of the pan onto the popcorn, the butter dribbles down the pan making a bit of a mess. I have yet to figure out how to make a clean drizzle which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 starts. If I had to do it again, I'd still buy it - it's just too darn cute!

Got this in December, and find myself using this all the time to melt butter, cook small quantities of vegetables for our toddler, reheat a single soup serving, heat milk for hot cocoa, or boil two eggs. We don't have a microwave, so this is a great alternative to hauling out a larger pot to do a smaller job. It is still looking great, and is easy to clean, exceeding my expectations on the quality. This very sturdy, attractive, and functional little pot has made this Le Creuset loyalist contemplate adding more Kobenstyle to my kitchen.

Brand new item arrived on time but with with severely failed enamel coating inside the pot. Paint chips and flecks everywhere rendered item totally useless for cooking. Also, this item is Made in Thailand. If you are wanting a Dansk pot made in France or Denmark, look elswhere. Color was nice though. Return process was smooth and easy via UPS with refund issued within 24 hours.

I searched forever for a pan just like this. I don't know why it's called a buffet. I just wanted a paella pan! Anyway, the picture is 100% misleading. This pan is gorgeous, flawless beautiful blue with white enamel. BUT it is not a flat pan as pictured. It's rounded at the bottom, almost like a WOK! I returned it & will try the Cuisinart pan. Lesser quality, but it shows flat. We'll see.

I had one of these that I got as a hand me down 20 years ago, and for those 20 years it was my most reliable casserole, until I abused it one too many times. I couldn't find a replacement, so I bought a beautiful ovenproof replacement by a famous cookware company -- which cracked the first time I added extra wine when my chicken was cooking in the oven. So I redoubled my effort, found this exact Dansk replacement for my old casserole. It's every bit as good. Indestructible, cooks hot but evenly, and you can move it from stovetop to oven and back again adding any liquid you want whenever you want. Sometimes fancy new products really are worse and the old standbys can't be improved on.

i love this pan! I bought it specifically to make soft boiled eggs in, and I was not disappointed. It is the perfect size for two eggs, and can completely cover them in boiling water without splashing out. And it's so cute!

ガスコンロで、炊飯モードで炊くときに使用しています。３合炊くのにちょうどよく、意外とくっつきません。いい感じで使えてます。炊きあがったときにも　そんなに蓋の持ち手も極端には熱くないです。使いやすいです。安くで買えて満足しています。

とにかく小さくてかわいい！ネイビーなので落ち着いた感じもあります。最初は小さ過ぎてどう使おうか・・とあまり手が伸びませんでしたが、旦那の朝食用に一人分のお味噌汁、お料理のソース、少しだけお出しを暖めたい時、おかゆ、等々、使い始めるとあらあら便利。けっこう使えるやつです。汚れも落ちやすいし、小さいから重さも気にならない。邪魔になる大きさでは無いしルックスも良いので、引っ越しや新婚さんへのちょっとしたお祝いにも良いと思います。

温める時には、お鍋を使った方がやっぱり美味しい。少しの量でも手軽に温めることができて重宝な上に、フォルムがころんとかわいい。ネイビーのカラーも気に入ってます

IHでも使用できる。レトルトのカレーなどを温めて、そのまま食卓に出せる。また、湯豆腐などもそのまま食卓に出せるし、日本の、藍色の食器とのマッチングも大変気に入っています。
