Easy Install
Bought for a Ruger Mk IV 22/45 and went on super easy. Saw some reviews about the screws being weird so I just used the OEM screws when I took the picatinny off. Worked perfect with a Vortex Venom.

May require some modification for installation
I ordered this product to fit my MK IV so I could add a red dot. The main reason I choose this item was it didn't require the removal of the rear sight for installation. The screws that came with the mounting plate were two long. After installing the two mounting screws the bolt would not slide back in. On inspection I notice the mounting screw closest to the rear sight was protruding through enough to block the bolt. I contacted customer support to see if there were shorter screws and the reply was, "this happens, please consider to grind down the screw a bit" We do not have shorter screws. Seemed a bit strange, from looking closer at the plate, it appears the mounting holes were machined too deep. So after a few touches to the sander, the screw no longer blocks the bolt from moving. :) I also purchased the ADE rD3-012 red dot micro mini optic to go along with it. The optic has guide holes on all four corners, the adapter plate has corresponding points but only came with two pin adapters to fit. Not sure if there were suppose to be four or not. Not really required but the kit did not come with a parts list or instructions of any kind. Even with all of the issues, I'm happy with the fit and would recommend this product.

Perfect fit for Mark IV 22/45 Lite
Mount came with multiple mounting screws. I used the shortest in the package and had no issue with them hindering the operation of bolt assembly. Removed the factory installed rail, installed this plate using the aforementioned shortest screws with a dab of Loctite blue. Easy to install. Precision milled for solid fit. Finish is even and looks good. Brings optic down significantly from rail mount for a more natural point of aim though not quite co-witness with most optics.

plan on going to hardware store unless you get lucky
seems sturdy enough. I think ADE should be able to send correct length screws for this plate. It's for Ruger Mark series pistol and ALL mark series pistols take the same length screws.. Come on ADE... its not that hard.... I shouldn't have to go to Ace hardware in this instance

Does not co-witness my Ruger Mark IV iron sights
This Ade Adapter/Mounting plate does not allow co-witness of the iron sights on my Ruger Mark IV Target when using the Ade RD3-006A Green Dot sight. It's not even close to co-witness. Also, I'm having the same problem as almost everyone else with the length of the screws provided to mount the adapter plate, e.g. screws are too long, block the bolt movement, and need to be manually filed down. The original Mark IV Picatinny rail allows me to remove the optical sight when desired so I can use the iron sights. Using this adapter plate, I'm stuck with using the optical sights all the time, and the iron sights are not usable.I am interested to know if any user has successfully mounted this plate and optical sight to allow co-witness with the iron sights.
