Got some at Family Dollar and it’s not expired, but it actually does the opposite of helping me sleep. I feel like I get a mini panic attack every time I take one of these. I never take it with alcohol or anything. Just water and food. So I had to throw it away. I will have to go with Zzquil

used to get 34 caplets for a dollar at dollar tree, but not any more. VERY effective, takes about hour to let you sleep, no drowsiness next day, no side effects
