Creamy smooth delicious

After seeing some of the reviews I was worried about ordering your candy, but I decided to order two types of candy for Easter. The candy arrived in great packing material with a cool pack taped between the two packages. The cool pack was still cold upon arrival. The white chocolate is wonderful and just melts in your mouth and did not melt during delivery. One of our co-workers visited Japan and brought us back your chocolate. I am hooked now. Wonderful product.

I would prefer the green tea taste

I've tried this chocolate and fell in love with the taste and quality.

Despite a lot of bad reviews, my chocolate arrived in a timely manner, was not at all melted, and tasted delicious! I recommend buying during the cold months to prevent melting?

Fast shipping but expire date on chocolate was too short.. only month left when I got them

Phantastischer Geschmack. Super cremig und zart, für mich die beste japanische Schokolade. Schmilzt auf der Zunge.

It is sooo tasty.. costly but it is worth it

バレンタインに購入しましたが、まさかのポスト投函でした。10分ほど出かけた瞬間に入っていたのでまだ良かったですが。日当たりの良い我が家のポストに何時間も放置されたら生チョコがどうなることやら。溶けた保冷剤が一緒に入ってました。中身は主人が帰るまでチェックできません。要冷蔵なのにお粗末過ぎる。夏場なら生チョコだから腐るでしょ。

他の方も書かれてますが、まさかのポスト投函でした。問い合せたところ、「冬期は普通配送しております」と返信がありましたが、商品ページにはそのようなことはどこにも記載がなく、いくら冬でも要冷蔵の食べ物をポスト投函ってありえません。しかも配送のラベルの内容欄には、雑貨と書かれていました。本当にありえません。もう買いません。

ホワイトを注文しましたが、届いたのはオーレでした。届いてそのまま主人に渡していたので、開封･完食済みなのですが。。。主人は、ホワイトじゃなかった。でも、オーレも美味しい！と言っていました笑
